A food processor and a cooking control method and apparatus thereof. The cooking control method comprises the following steps: detecting a zero crossing signal of an alternating current inputted into a motor (50) (S1); obtaining a zero crossing point of the alternating current according to the zero crossing signal, and outputting a start pulse signal to a triac module (10) after a delay of a first preset time T1 from the zero crossing point, and outputting one start pulse signal to the triac module (10) every second preset time T2 (S2); detecting a magnetic field converting signal provided by a magnet ring (302) so as to output an alternating level signal, and obtaining a rotation speed V of the motor (50) by using a periodic speed measurement method according to the alternating level signal (S3); and adjusting the first preset time T1 according to the rotation speed V of the motor (50) so as to control the motor (50) to run in a low and constant speed, thereby driving a stirring component (60) to stir the cooked food in a cooking process of the food processor (S4). The motor (50) can run in a low and constant speed by changing the conducting time of the triac module (10) of the motor (50), so as to stir the food in the cooking process, and prevent the food processor from being burnt in the bottom.

La présente invention concerne un robot de cuisine et un procédé ainsi qu'un appareil de commande de cuisson associés. Le procédé de commande de cuisson comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : détecter un signal de passage par zéro d'un courant alternatif fourni en entrée à un moteur (50) (S1) ; obtenir un point de passage par zéro du courant alternatif en fonction du signal de passage par zéro, et délivrer en sortie un signal d'impulsion de démarrage à un module de triac (10) après un retard d'un premier temps prédéfini T1 à partir du point de passage par zéro, et délivrer en sortie un signal d'impulsion de démarrage au module de triac (10) à chaque second temps prédéfini T2 (S2) ; détecter un signal de conversion de champ magnétique fourni par un anneau magnétique (302) de façon à délivrer en sortie un signal de niveau alternatif, et obtenir une vitesse de rotation V du moteur (50) à l'aide d'un procédé de mesure de vitesse périodique en fonction du signal de niveau alternatif (S3) ; et ajuster le premier temps prédéfini T1 en fonction de la vitesse de rotation V du moteur (50) de manière à amener le moteur (50) à fonctionner à une vitesse basse et constante, amenant ainsi un composant d'agitation (60) à agiter l'aliment cuit lors d'un processus de cuisson du robot de cuisine (S4). Le moteur (50) peut fonctionner à une vitesse basse et constante en changeant le temps de conduction du module de triac (10) du moteur (50), de manière à agiter l'aliment dans le robot de cuisine, et empêcher que le robot de cuisine ne brûle dans le fond.
