Abstract:
(EN) An improved motor rotor lamination and stator lamination for use in the field of high-power motors. Protrusions of a stator lamination body (1) are matchingly provided with lugs (5), and the lugs are provided in the middle of the protrusions. A rotor lamination body (12) comprises multiple bosses provided around the rotor lamination body; the bosses comprise straight bosses (17), half-T-shaped bosses (16), and T-shaped bosses (14); large grooves (18) and small grooves (13) are provided between two adjacent bosses; there are multiple small grooves, and two large grooves; the two large grooves are provided opposite to each other; the bosses close to the left side and the right side of each large groove are a straight boss and a half-T-shaped boss, and the bosses distant from the left side and the right side of each large groove are T-shaped bosses; heat dissipation holes (15) are respectively provided on the bosses and the rotor lamination body. The motor rotor lamination and stator lamination can reduce noise of a motor and improve the working efficiency; and a better heat dissipation effect is provided for a high-power motor by means of the large grooves provided on the rotor.
(FR) L'invention concerne une stratification de rotor et une stratification de stator de moteur améliorées utilisables dans le champ technique des moteurs à haute puissance. Des excroissances dans un corps de stratification de stator (1) comportent de manière appariée des ergots (5), et les ergots sont disposés au milieu des excroissances. Un corps de stratification de rotor (12) comprend plusieurs bossages disposés autour du corps de stratification de rotor; les bossages comprennent des bossages droits (17), des bossages en forme de demi-T (16), et des bossages en forme de T (14); de grandes rainures (18) et de petites rainures (13) sont disposées entre deux bossages adjacents; il y a plusieurs petites rainures, et deux grandes rainures; les deux grandes rainures sont disposées l'une en face de l'autre; les bossages proches du côté gauche et du côté droit de chaque grande rainure sont un bossage droit et un bossage en forme de demi-T, et les bossages distants du côté gauche et du côté droit de chaque grande rainure sont des bossages en forme de T; des trous de dissipation thermique (15) sont disposés respectivement sur les bossages et sur le corps de stratification de rotor. La stratification de rotor et la stratification de stator de moteur peuvent réduire le bruit d'un moteur et améliorer l'efficacité de fonctionnement; et un meilleur effet de dissipation thermique est assuré pour un moteur à haute puissance au moyen des grandes rainures disposées sur le rotor.
(ZH) 一种用于大功率电动机领域的改进型电动机转子冲片和定子冲片,定子冲片本体(1)的凸起上配合设置有凸耳(5),凸耳设置在凸起的中端位置;转子冲片本体(12)包括环绕转子冲片本体设置的若干组凸台,凸台包括直凸台(17)、半T形凸台(16)和T形凸台(14),相邻两组凸台之间设置有大卡槽(18)和小卡槽(13),小卡槽设置有若干组,大卡槽设置有两组,两组大卡槽相对设置,靠近大卡槽左右两侧的凸台为直凸台和半T形凸台,远离大卡槽左右两侧的凸台为T形凸台,凸台和转子冲片本体上分别设置有散热孔(15)。该电动机转子冲片和定子冲片能够更好的降低电动机的噪音,提高工作效率,通过在转子上开设的大卡槽来充分为大功率电动机提供更好的散热。
