Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a high-performance repair tape for a backboard of a photovoltaic module. The tape comprises a base material layer, a functional adhesive layer, and a release material layer provided in sequence from top to bottom; the base material layer is formed of a polyester thin film material; the functional adhesive layer is formed of a high weather-resistant adhesive. According to the high-performance repair tape for a backboard of a photovoltaic module, and a manufacturing method therefor provided by the present invention, by selecting a weather-resistant base material layer, effects, such as water resisting, insulation, and ultraviolet radiation resistance, can be achieved, and a backboard independence effect is achieved; by selecting a weather-resistant adhesive for the functional adhesive layer, the weather resistance, high temperature resistance, and yellowing resistance of the tape can be improved; the tape has a strong bonding strength and is not easy to peel off, and the tape is easy to fit and facilitates construction.
(FR) L'invention concerne une bande de réparation haute performance pour un panneau arrière d'un module photovoltaïque. La bande comprend une couche de matériau de support, une couche adhésive fonctionnelle et une couche de matériau de décollement disposées en séquence de haut en bas; la couche de matériau de support est constituée d'un matériau de film mince de polyester; la couche adhésive fonctionnelle est constituée d'un adhésif très résistant aux intempéries. Selon la bande de réparation haute performance pour un panneau arrière d'un module photovoltaïque et son procédé de fabrication selon la présente invention, la sélection d'une couche de matériau de support résistante aux intempéries permet d'obtenir des effets tels que la résistance à l'eau, l'isolation et la résistance aux rayons ultraviolets, ainsi qu'un effet d'indépendance de panneau arrière; la sélection d'un adhésif résistant aux intempéries pour la couche adhésive fonctionnelle permet d'améliorer la résistance aux intempéries, la résistance aux températures élevées et la résistance au jaunissement de la bande; la bande présente une force de liaison élevée et n'est pas facile à décoller, et la bande est facile à monter et facilite la construction.
