Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an automatic spot welding specialized machine for a BRKT piece of a seat slide, the machine comprising a machine frame (1), wherein a floating mechanism (2) and a lower electrode arranged beside the floating mechanism are arranged on an upper end surface of the machine frame; a movable mechanism (3) is arranged on an upper side of the floating mechanism, a lower slide fixing jig (4) and a fixing jig (5) for three BRKT pieces are arranged on the movable mechanism, and a spot welding machine (7) and an upper electrode mounted on the spot welding machine are arranged above the movable mechanism. Welding automation for BRKT pieces is realized; the pace is increased from 50 PCS/H to 80 PCS/H, no specially-assigned person is needed for operation, and one person is shared with neighboring riveting equipment; and the labor intensity is reduced, and the welding quality of the product is improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne une machine spécialisée de soudage par points automatique pour un support d'une glissière de siège, la machine comprenant un bâti de machine (1), un mécanisme flottant (2) et une électrode inférieure agencée à côté du mécanisme flottant étant agencés sur une surface d'extrémité supérieure du bâti de machine ; un mécanisme mobile (3) étant agencé sur un côté supérieur du mécanisme flottant, un gabarit inférieur de fixation de glissière (4) et un gabarit de fixation (5) pour trois supports étant agencés sur le mécanisme mobile, et une machine de soudage par points (7) et une électrode supérieure montée sur la machine de soudage par points étant agencées au-dessus du mécanisme mobile. Une automatisation de soudage pour des supports est réalisée ; le rythme est augmenté de 50 PCS/H à 80 PCS/H, aucune personne affectée spécialement n'est nécessaire pour le fonctionnement et une personne est partagée avec un équipement de rivetage voisin ; et l'intensité de travail est réduite et la qualité de soudage du produit est améliorée.
(ZH) 一种座椅滑轨BRKT件自动点焊专机，包括机架（1），所述机架的上端面布置有浮动机构（2）以及布置在浮动机构旁的下电极，所述浮动机构的上侧布置移动机构（3），所述移动机构上布置有下滑轨固定治具（4）和3个BRKT件固定治具（5），移动机构上方布置有点焊机（7）以及安装在点焊机上的上电极。实现BRKT件焊接自动化；节拍提升，由50PCS/H提升到80PCS/H，操作不需要专人，与旁边铆接设备共用1人；降低作业强度，提升产品焊接品质。
