Abstract:
(EN) A monitoring method and a terminal device are provided. The method is applied to a terminal device. A data replication function of a PDCP layer of the terminal device is in an activated state. The PDCP layer corresponds to at least one radio link control (RLC) protocol entity, and the at least one RLC entity corresponds to at least one physical layer carrier. A first carrier comprises one or more side-link processes, and a first side-link process of the one or more side-link processes carries a first entity. The method comprises: the terminal device switching an RLC entity carried by the side-link process from the first entity to a second entity, the at least one RLC entity comprising the second entity. In embodiments of the present invention, when a data replication function of a PDCP layer of a terminal device is in an activated state, an RLC entity carried by a first side-link process can be switched, which can effectively improve user experience.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de surveillance et un dispositif terminal. Le procédé s'applique à un dispositif terminal. Une fonction de réplication de données d'une couche PDCP du dispositif terminal est dans un état activé. La couche PDCP correspond à au moins une entité de protocole de commande de liaison radio (RLC), et la ou les entités de RLC correspondent à au moins une porteuse de couche physique. Une première porteuse comprend un ou plusieurs processus de liaison latérale, et un premier processus de liaison latérale du ou des processus de liaison latérale transporte une première entité.
