Abstract:
(EN) A kitchen waste disposal apparatus, relating to the technical field of kitchen waste disposal. The apparatus comprises a pulverizer (100) for pulverizing kitchen waste, a solid-liquid separator (200) for separating solid and oil-water mixed liquid in the pulverized kitchen waste, an oil-water separator (400) for separating oil and water in the oil-water mixed liquid separated by the solid-liquid separator (200), and a drying box (300) for drying the solid separated by the solid-liquid separator (200). The solid-liquid separator (200) is provided with a first separating box therein; the first separating box is communicated with the pulverizer (100) and the drying box (300) separately, and is provided with a rotation filter plate (230) therein; the solid part of the kitchen waste placed in the first separating box is squeezed into the drying box (300) by the rotation filter plate (230); the oil-water separator (400) comprises a second separating box communicated with the first separating box; an oil discharging port (420) for discharging oil is formed on the top of the second separating box. By means of the kitchen waste disposal apparatus, oil, solid, and water in kitchen waste can be independently collected, so that the kitchen waste can be effectively disposed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil d'élimination de déchets de cuisine, associé au domaine technique de l'élimination des déchets de cuisine. L'appareil comprend un broyeur (100) pour broyer des déchets de cuisine, un séparateur solide-liquide (200) pour séparer des solides et un liquide mixte huile-eau dans les déchets de cuisine broyés, un séparateur huile-eau (400) pour séparer l'huile et l'eau dans le liquide mixte huile-eau séparé par le séparateur solide-liquide (200), et une boîte de séchage (300) pour sécher les solides séparés par le séparateur solide-liquide (200). Le séparateur solide-liquide (200) est pourvu d'une première boîte de séparation en son sein; la première boîte de séparation est en communication avec le broyeur (100) et la boîte de séchage (300) séparément, et est pourvue d'une plaque de filtre de rotation (230) en son sein; la partie solide des déchets de cuisine placés dans la première boîte de séparation est pressée dans la boîte de séchage (300) par la plaque de filtre de rotation (230); le séparateur huile-eau (400) comprend une deuxième boîte de séparation en communication avec la première boîte de séparation; un orifice d'évacuation d'huile (420) pour évacuer l'huile est formé sur le sommet de la deuxième boîte de séparation. Au moyen de l'appareil d'élimination de déchets de cuisine, l'huile, les solides et l'eau dans les déchets de cuisine peuvent être collectés indépendamment, de sorte que les déchets de cuisine peuvent être efficacement éliminés.
