(EN) Provided are a folding mechanism and a terminal comprising the folding mechanism. The folding mechanism is applied to a terminal provided with a flexible screen, and the folding mechanism comprises a first support body (11), a second support body (12) and a bending portion (15), wherein the bending portion (15) is connected between the first support body (11) and the second support body (12) to realize the folding of the first support body (11) relative to the second support body (12); the bending portion (15) comprises a positioning rotation member (17) and a hinge rotation member (16) connected between first support body (11) and the second support body (12); the hinge rotation member (16) comprises multiple hinge rods (163); outer side faces of the multiple hinge rods (163) together form a bearing surface (160) in a direction opposite to the direction of bending; the multiple hinge rods (163) are successively connected to the positioning rotation member (17) side by side; in the bending process, the length of the positioning rotation member (17) remains unchanged; and the hinge rotation member (16) is bent with the positioning rotation member (17), so that the length of the bearing surface (160) after being bent is equal to the length of the bearing surface (160) after being unbent.
