Abstract:
(EN) A motor rotor magnetic pole position determining device and method. The motor rotor magnetic pole position determining device comprises a first circuit (201, 401), a second circuit (202, 402), a third circuit (203, 403) and a controller (204, 404); each circuit comprising a voltage dividing circuit (2011, 2021, 2031, 4011, 4021, 4031), a low-pass filtering circuit (2012, 2022, 2032, 4012, 4022, 4032), a comparison circuit (2013, 2023, 2033, 4013, 4023, 4033) and an optical coupler (2014, 2024, 2034, 4014, 4024, 4034); the motor rotor magnetic pole position determining device obtains, by means of the comparison circuit, pulse signals obtained by comparing every two of the three circuits, and then determines the magnetic pole position of the motor rotor according to the pulse signals obtained by comparing every two of the three circuits. The motor rotor magnetic pole position determining device can detect the magnetic pole position of the motor rotor, without the need of mounting a position sensor, thereby saving the position for mounting the position sensor, and reducing the volume and the cost of the motor.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de détermination de position de pôle magnétique de rotor de moteur. Le dispositif de détermination de position de pôle magnétique de rotor de moteur comprend un premier circuit (201, 401), un deuxième circuit (202, 402), un troisième circuit (203, 403) et un dispositif de commande (204, 404); chaque circuit comprenant un circuit diviseur de tension (2011, 2021, 2031, 4011, 4021, 4031), un circuit de filtrage passe-bas (2012, 2022, 2032, 4012, 4022, 4032), un circuit de comparaison (2013, 2023, 2033, 4013, 4023, 4033) et un coupleur optique (2014, 2024, 2034, 4014, 4024, 4034); le dispositif de détermination de position de pôle magnétique de rotor de moteur obtient, au moyen du circuit de comparaison, des signaux d'impulsion obtenus par comparaison de chaque paire parmi les trois circuits, puis détermine la position de pôle magnétique du rotor de moteur en fonction des signaux d'impulsion obtenus par comparaison de chaque paire parmi les trois circuits. Le dispositif de détermination de position de pôle magnétique de rotor de moteur peut détecter la position de pôle magnétique du rotor de moteur, sans avoir besoin de monter un capteur de position, ce qui permet d'économiser la position de montage du capteur de position et de réduire le volume et le coût du moteur.
