Abstract:
(EN) A back-contact solar cell assembly and a manufacturing method therefor. A front side of each solar cell (3) is adhered to an EVA layer (2), and the EVA layer (2) is inversely disposed on the solar cells to make the back side of the EVA layer (2) to face down. Multiple conductive bands (5) are fixed to an insulation film layer (6) according to a preset shape, so that the conductive bands (5) form a whole body, and the conductive bands (5) are soldered to the back sides of the solar cells (3). Because the solar cells (3) are located above the conductive bands (5), solder melted under heat does not drop to gate lines under the effect of the gravity, so that the short circuit of the gate lines is avoided, thereby improving the yield of the solar cell assembly. In addition, in the soldering process, it is only required to melt all of the solder one time by using infrared reflow soldering, that is, it is unnecessary to carry out soldering multiple times, and the displacement of the conductive bands does not occur.
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble de cellules solaires à contact arrière et son procédé de fabrication. Un côté avant de chaque cellule solaire (3) est collé à une couche EVA (2), et la couche EVA (2) est disposée à l'inverse sur les cellules solaires pour faire face au côté arrière de la couche EVA (2). De multiples bandes conductrices (5) sont fixées à une couche de film isolant (6) selon une forme prédéfinie, de telle sorte que les bandes conductrices (5) forment un corps entier, et les bandes conductrices (5) sont brasées sur les côtés arrière des cellules solaires (3). Du fait que les cellules solaires (3) sont situées au-dessus des bandes conductrices (5), la brasure fondue sous la chaleur ne chute pas vers les lignes de grille sous l'effet de la gravité, de sorte que le court-circuit des lignes de grille soit évité, ce qui permet d'améliorer le rendement de l'ensemble de cellules solaires. De plus, dans le procédé de brasage, il est seulement nécessaire de faire fondre la totalité de la brasure une fois en utilisant un brasage par refusion infrarouge, c'est-à-dire qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de réaliser un brasage multiple, et le déplacement des bandes conductrices ne se produit pas.
(ZH) 一种背接触式太阳能电池组件及其制造方法,其把每个太阳能电池片(3)的正面与EVA层(2)粘接,然后将EVA层(2)倒置至太阳能电池片背面朝下,把多条导电带(5)按预设形状固定在绝缘膜层(6)上,使各条导电带(5)形成一个整体,再把导电带(5)焊接至太阳能电池片(3)背面,由于太阳能电池片(3)位于导电带(5)上方,焊锡受热融化时不会在重力作用下滴落至栅线,从而避免造成栅线短路,提高太阳能电池组件的成品率,且焊接过程中采用红外回流焊一次性将所有焊锡融化即可,即不用一次次地焊接,也不会发生导电带移位现象。
