Abstract:
(EN) A readily cold-formable deformable zinc alloy, having the following composition in percentage by weight: 1.0-3.5 wt% of Cu, 0.05-0.5 wt% of Mn, and ≤ 0.05 wt% of Al, the balance being Zn and unavoidable impurities. The phase composition of the deformable zinc alloy material comprises a Cu-substituted Zn solid solution with Zn as a matrix, a second phase of Zn5Cu, and a second phase of a zinc-manganese-copper intermetallic compound. The deformable zinc alloy material has a tensile strength of 260-320 MPa, an elongation of 25-35%, and an HV5 hardness of 90-100. The deformable zinc alloy material has medium strength, high elongation, and good dimensional stability, and its total processing rate can reach 80-90%.
(FR) L'invention concerne un alliage de zinc déformable facilement façonnable à froid, possédant la composition suivante en pourcentage en poids : de 1,0 à 3,5 % en poids de Cu, de 0,05 à 0,5 % en poids de Mn et ≤ 0,05 % en poids d'Al, le reste étant du Zn et des impuretés inévitables. La composition de phase du matériau d'alliage de zinc déformable comprend une solution solide de Zn substitué par Cu, présentant du Zn en tant que matrice, une seconde phase de Zn5Cu et une seconde phase d'un composé intermétallique zinc-manganèse-cuivre. Le matériau d'alliage de zinc déformable possède une résistance à la traction de 260 à 320 MPa, un allongement de 25 à 35 % et une dureté HV5 de 90 à 100. Le matériau d'alliage de zinc déformable possède une résistance moyenne, un allongement élevé et une stabilité dimensionnelle satisfaisante, et sa vitesse de traitement totale peut atteindre 80 à 90 %.
