Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a polyphenolic extract obtained from seedlings of Cestrum parqui, commonly known as willow-leaved jessamine, grown in vitro, as a biocontrol agent against the deterioration of wine caused by the yeast Brettanomyces bruxellensis in different wine matrices. The invention also relates to the composition containing said extract and the use thereof, and a method for controlling the deterioration of wine caused by the yeast B. bruxellensis.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un extrait polyphénolique obtenu de plantules de Cestrum parqui, communément appelé cestrum vert, cultivées in vitro, en tant qu'agent de contrôle biologique contre la détérioration du vin causée par la levure Brettanomyces bruxellensis dans différentes matrices du vin. L'invention concerne également la composition contenant ledit extrait et son utilisation, ainsi qu'un procédé pour contrôler la détérioration du vin causée par la levure B. bruxellensis.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a un extracto polifenolico obtenido de plantulas de Cestrum parqui, conocido por su nombre común como duraznillo negro, cultitivadas in vitro, como agente de biocontrol 5 contra el deterioro del vino causada por la levadura Brettanomyces bruxellensis en diferentes matrices del vino. También se refiere a la composición que contiene dicho extracto, y su uso y método para controlar el deterioro del vino causada por la levadura B. bruxellensis.
