Abstract:
(EN) The utility model relates to a movement device intended for processing objects, for example heat cutting metals using lathes for cutting metal profiles with a cutter. The problem addressed by the utility model is solved using a motor device consisting of two parallel kinematic structures for transmitting rotation, consisting of a body, and two motors with parallel axes, each connected to two coaxial shafts, and being characterized in that a kinematic structure comprises a chain drive, the input of which is disposed in a working member (4), said chain drive being disposed in an extension member (7) and comprising an input shaft (8.1) and an output shaft (8.2), the input shaft (8.1) being provided with a chain sprocket (9.1), and the output shaft (8.2) being provided with a chain sprocket (9.2). The chain sprockets (9.1) and (9.2) are interconnected by a chain (10), the input shaft (8.1) is fixed to a housing of the extension member (7), and the output shaft (8.2) is movably connected to a cutter holder (11).
(FR) Le modèle d'utilité concerne un dispositif propulseur destiné à traiter des objets tels que les objets traités par coupe thermique de métaux, par exemple, au moyen de machines-outils pour découpés des profilés métalliques avec une lame. L’objectif visé par le modèle d’utilité est réalisé au moyen d’un dispositif propulseur constitué de deux schémas cinématiques parallèles pour mettre en rotation un corps, de deux moteurs avec des axes parallèles qui sont reliés chacun à deux arbres coaxiaux, et qui se distingue en ce que la chaîne cinématique est branchée au moyen d'un entraînement à chaîne dont l’entrée se trouve dans le corps de travail (4) et qui est disposé dans une rallonge (7) et comprend un arbre d’entrée (8.1) et un arbre de sortie (8.2), l’arbre (8.1) étant doté d’un pignon (9.1), et l’arbre de sortie (8.2) étant également doté d’un pignon pour chaîne (9.2). Les pignons pour chaîne (9.1) et (9.2) sont reliés conjointement avec la chaîne (10) alors que l’arbre d’entrée (8.1) est solidement fixé au corps de rallonge (7), et l’arbre de sortie (8.2) est relié mobile au support de lame (11).
(RU) Полезны модель относится к двигательное устройство, предназначенному для обработки объектов как термической резке металлов, например станками для вырезание металлических профилей с резаком. Задача полезной модели была решена с помощью моторного: устройства, состоящего из двух параллельных кинематических схем для придания двух вращения, состоящих ся из тела, двух двигателей с параллельными осями, соединенных каждый одинь с двумя коаксиальными валами и отличающихся тем, что в кинематическая цепь включена один цепным приводом, вход которого находится в рабочее тело (4), и он расположен в удлинителе (7) и содержит входной вал (8.1) и выходной вал (8.2), как вал (8.1) снабжен с цепная звездочка (9.1), а выходной вал (8.2) снабжен с цепная звездочка (9.2). Цепные звездочки (9.1) и (9.2) соединены вместе с цепью (10), как входной вал (8.1) прочно прикреплен к корпусу удлинителя (7), а выходной вал (8.2) подвижно соединен с держателем резаком (11).
