Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed herein is a system for indicating via a colorimetric reaction the presence of a substance in a sample, comprising: a bottle containing a reagent and closable by a removable lid; and a label coupled to the bottle and comprising visual indicators for indicating the presence of a substance in a sample, wherein upon mixing the sample with the reagent in the bottle, the mixture changes to a particular color based on the identity of the substance in the sample, and each visual indicator is colored the color the mixture would be if a respective substance is in the sample, such that correspondence between the color of the mixture and the color of a visual indicator indicates the presence of the substance indicated by that visual indicator.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système permettant d'indiquer par l'intermédiaire d'une réaction colorimétrique la présence d'une substance dans un échantillon, ledit système comprenant : un flacon contenant un réactif et pouvant être fermé par un couvercle amovible ; et une étiquette collée au flacon et comprenant des indicateurs visuels permettant d'indiquer la présence d'une substance dans un échantillon. Lors du mélange de l'échantillon avec le réactif dans le flacon, le mélange passe à une couleur particulière en fonction de l'identité de la substance dans l'échantillon et chaque indicateur visuel est coloré selon la couleur qu'aurait le mélange si une substance respective se trouvait dans l'échantillon, de telle sorte que la correspondance entre la couleur du mélange et la couleur d'un indicateur visuel indique la présence de la substance indiquée par ledit indicateur visuel.
