Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for operating an industrial operating panel (1), the industrial operating panel (1) having the following components: - a housing (2); - a touch-sensitive input means (5) for an operating person, which input means is laid over the display surface (4) of the display (3); - a cover pane (6), which is transparent at least in some regions and which forms a touch surface (7) of the industrial operating panel (1); - at least one piezoelectric element (31), which acts on the cover pane (6) in such a way that the touch surface (7) of the cover pane (6) can be moved by means of the piezoelectric element (31); - at least one force detection element (32), which is coupled to the cover pane (6). The method has the following method steps: - moving the cover pane (6) by means of the at least one piezoelectric element (31); - sensing the movement of the cover pane (6) caused by the piezoelectric element (31) by means of the force detection element (32); - comparing the values determined by the force detection element (32) with stored target value ranges; - initiating safety measures if the values determined by the force detection element (32) lie outside of the stored target value ranges.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnement d'un panneau de commande industriel (1), le panneau de commande industriel (1) comprenant les composants suivants : - un boîtier (2) ; - un moyen de saisie (5) tactile pour un utilisateur, lequel superpose la surface d'affichage (4) de l'affichage (3) ; - une vitre de recouvrement (6), au moins partiellement transparente, qui forme une surface tactile (7) du panneau de commande industriel (1) ; - au moins un élément piézoélectrique (31), qui agit sur la vitre de recouvrement (6) de telle sorte qu'au moyen de l'élément piézoélectrique (31), la surface tactile (7) de la vitre de recouvrement (6) est mobile ; - au moins un moyen de détection de force (32), qui est couplé à la vitre de recouvrement (6). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : - le déplacement de la vitre de recouvrement (6) au moyen de l'au moins un élément piézoélectrique (31) ; - la détection du déplacement, effectué par l'élément piézoélectrique (31), de la vitre de recouvrement (6) à l'aide du moyen de détection de force (32) ; - la comparaison des valeurs déterminées à l'aide du moyen de détection de force (32) avec des plages de valeurs de consigne mémorisées ; - l'introduction de mesures de sécurité si les valeurs déterminées à l'aide du moyen de détection de force (32) sont en dehors des plages de valeurs de consigne mémorisées.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Industriebedienpanels (1), wobei das Industriebedienpanel (1) folgende Bauteile aufweist: - ein Gehäuse (2); - ein berührungssensitives Eingabemittel (5) für eine Bedienperson, welches der Anzeigefläche (4) des Displays (3) überlagert ist; - eine zumindest bereichsweise transparente Abdeckscheibe (6), welche eine Touchoberfläche (7) des Industriebedienpanels (1) bildet; ~ zumindest ein Piezoelement (31) welches derart auf die Abdeckscheibe (6) wirkt, dass mittels dem Piezoelement (31) die Touchoberfläche (7) der Abdeckscheibe (6) bewegbar ist; - zumindest ein Kraftdetektionsmittel (32), welches mit der Abdeckscheibe (6) gekoppelt ist. Das Verfahren weist folgende Verfahrensschritte auf: - Bewegen der Abdeckscheibe (6) mittels dem zumindest einen Piezoelement (31); - Erfassen der durch das Piezoelement (31) bewirkten Bewegung der Abdeckscheibe (6) mittels dem Kraftdetektionsmittel (32); - Vergleichen der vom Kraftdetektionsmittel (32) ermittelten Werte mit hinterlegten Sollwertbereichen; - Einleiten von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, wenn die vom Kraftdetektionsmittel (32) ermittelten Werte außerhalb der hinterlegten Sollwertbereiche liegen.
