Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Polyurethan, insbesondere ein thermoplastisches Po- lyurethan,erhältlich oder erhalten durch Umsetzung von mindestens den Komponenten (i) bis (ii): (i) eine Polyisocyanatzusammensetzung; (ii) eine Polyolzusammensetzung, umfassend (ii.1) mindestens ein Polyester-oder Polyetherdiol mit einem zahlenmittleren Molekular- gewicht im Bereich von 500 bis 3000g/mol, (ii.2) mindestens ein Polysiloxan aufweisen zwei endständige gegenüber Isocyanaten re- aktive Funktionalitäten ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Thiogruppe, Hyd- roxylgruppe und Aminogruppe. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieses Polyurethans, dessen Ver- wendung, einen Formkörper umfassend das Polyurethan.Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung Schaumstoffpartikel auf Basis von Polyurethan, erhalten oder erhältlich aus dem Polyurethan, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schaumstoffpartikeln sowie Partikelschaumstoffe und deren Verwendung.

The present invention relates to a polyurethane, in particular a thermoplastic polyurethane, obtainable or obtained by reacting at least the components (i) to (ii): (i) a polyisocyanate composition; (ii) a polyol composition comprising (ii.1) at least one polyester diol or polyether diol having a number-average molecular weight in the range of 500 to 3000 g/mol, (ii.2) at least one polysiloxane having two terminal, isocyanate-reactive functionalities selected from the group consisting of thio group, hydroxyl group and amino group. The invention also relates to a method for producing said polyurethane, to the use thereof, and to a moulded article comprising the polyurethane.The invention furthermore relates to polyurethane-based foam particles obtained or obtainable from the polyurethane, to a method for producing foam particles and to particle foams and the use thereof.

La présente invention concerne un polyuréthane, en particulier un polyuréthane thermoplastique pouvant être obtenu ou obtenu en faisant réagir au moins les composants (i) à (ii) : (i) une composition de polyisocyanate; (ii) une composition de polyol, comprenant (ii.1) au moins un polyester diol ou un polyéther diol ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre dans la plage allant de 500 à 3000 g/mol, (ii.2) au moins un polysiloxane présentant deux fonctions terminales réagissant avec les isocyanates choisies parmi les groupes thio, hydroxyle et amino. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé pour produire ledit polyuréthane, son utilisation, un corps moulé comprenant le polyuréthane. L'invention concerne en outre des particules de mousse à base de polyuréthane, obtenues ou pouvant être obtenues à partir du polyuréthane, un procédé pour fabriquer des particules de mousse ainsi que les particules de mousse et leur utilisation.
