A system and method for detecting an electrode sheet of a PACK flexible packaging battery, relating to the technical field of PACK batteries. The system comprises a bus plate and a distance measurement sensor, wherein through slots are arranged on the bus plate, and electrode sheets of a battery to be detected are inserted into the through slots during detection; and the distance measurement sensor directly faces protruding portions of the electrode sheets of the battery to be detected after passing through the through slots, and is used for measuring the distance between the distance measurement sensor and a protruding portion of an electrode sheet nearest to the distance measurement sensor. By means of inserting electrode sheets of a battery to be detected into through slots of a bus plate, and then using a distance measurement sensor to measure the distance between protruding portions of the electrode sheets after passing through the bus plate and the distance measurement sensor so as to determine whether electrode sheet missing occurs on the battery to be detected, automatic detection regarding whether electrode sheets of a PACK flexible packaging battery are missing in a stacking process is realized, and the detection accuracy is high.

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de détection d’une feuille d’électrode d’une batterie à emballage flexible PACK, concernant le domaine technique des batteries PACK. Le système comprend une plaque omnibus et un capteur de mesure de distance, des fentes traversantes étant agencées sur la plaque omnibus, et des feuilles d’électrode d’une batterie à détecter étant insérées dans les fentes traversantes pendant la détection ; et le capteur de mesure de distance fait directement face à des parties saillantes des feuilles d’électrode de la batterie à détecter après avoir traversé les fentes traversantes, et est utilisé pour mesurer la distance entre le capteur de mesure de distance et une partie saillante d’une feuille d’électrode la plus proche du capteur de mesure de distance. Au moyen de l’insertion de feuilles d’électrode d’une batterie à détecter dans des fentes traversantes d’une plaque omnibus, puis au moyen d’un capteur de mesure de distance pour mesurer la distance entre des parties saillantes des feuilles d’électrode après avoir traversé la plaque omnibus et le capteur de mesure de distance de façon à déterminer si une feuille d’électrode est manquante sur la batterie à détecter, une détection automatique concernant le fait que des feuilles d’électrode d’une batterie à emballage flexible PACK sont manquantes dans un processus d’empilement est réalisée, et la précision de détection est élevée.
