Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus is described. The apparatus includes a decision feedback equalizer circuit having a summation circuit. The summation circuit has a differential pair that includes first and second transistors coupled to a current source. The current source is to draw a current through the first and second transistors. The decision feedback circuit also includes a circuit to adjust the current to compensate for a change in electron mobility of at least one transistor of the current source.
(FR) Un dispositif est décrit. Le dispositif comprend un circuit égaliseur à rétroaction de décision utilisant un circuit de sommation. Le circuit de sommation a une paire différentielle qui comprend le premier et second transistors couplés à une source de courant. La source de courant est destinée à tirer un courant à travers les premier et second transistors. Le circuit de rétroaction de décision comprend également un circuit pour ajuster le courant pour compenser un changement de mobilité d'électrons d'au moins un transistor de la source de courant.
