Abstract:
(EN) The tightness measurement apparatus (20) intended to be used to measure the tightness of cardan joints (12) which are attached between the end connector yokes (11') of cardan shafts (10), in a low-cost, practical and rapid way, comprising; at least one housing (21) which is fixed to the said end connector yoke (11'), at least one extension (22) which is connected to the said housing (21), and at least one weight (23) which engages to the extension (22) and is able to perform bidirectional motion thereon. In the tightness measurement method (A) where the tightness measurement apparatus (20) is used, the torque value at which the cardan joint (12) starts moving in vertical direction and thereby the tightness level is determined.
(FR) L'appareil de mesure d'étanchéité (20) destiné à être utilisé pour mesurer l'étanchéité de joints de cardan (12) qui sont fixés entre des raccords cardans d'extrémité (11') d'arbres de cardan (10), de manière peu coûteuse, pratique et rapide, comprend : au moins un boîtier (21) qui est fixé audit raccord cardan d'extrémité (11'), au moins une extension (22) qui est raccordée audit boîtier (21), et au moins un poids (23) dans lequel s’engage l'extension (22) et apte à effectuer un mouvement bidirectionnel sur celle-ci. Dans le procédé de mesure d'étanchéité (A) dans lequel l'appareil de mesure d'étanchéité (20) est utilisé, la valeur de couple à laquelle le joint de cardan (12) commence à se déplacer dans la direction verticale est mesurée et ainsi le niveau d'étanchéité.
