(FR) MÉLANGE BITUMINEUX COMPRENANT DU POLYURÉTHANE OBTENU PAR UNE RÉACTION DE POLYMÉRISATION ET PROCÉDÉ DE PRÉPARATION DE CE MÉLANGE
Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a modified bituminous mixture is developed according to the present invention, this method comprising the steps of fluidizing bitumen as the main component of the mixture at 130-140°C; transferring the fluidized bitumen into a mechanical mixer running at 120 rpm stirring speed; producing a polyurethane-bitumen mixture by adding polyurethane, as an additive in hot form, obtained through a polymerization reaction of BHET monomers obtained through a recycling reaction of waste PET products, as a diol monomer with diisocyanate monomer and a chain extender into bitumen in said mixer while stirring continues; stirring further this mixture for a predetermined time at a predetermined stirring speed to obtain a homogeneous polyurethane-bitumen mixture; following the completion of the stirring process, obtaining a homogeneous polyurethane-added modified bituminous mixture.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un mélange bitumineux modifié, ce procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à fluidiser du bitume comme composant principal du mélange à 130-140 °C ; à transférer le bitume fluidisé dans un mélangeur mécanique fonctionnant à une vitesse d'agitation de 120 tr/min ; à produire un mélange polyuréthane-bitume par ajout de polyuréthane, comme additif à l’état chaud, obtenu par une réaction de polymérisation de monomères de BHET obtenus par une réaction de recyclage de déchets de PET, en tant que monomère diol avec un monomère diisocyanate et un allongeur de chaîne dans le bitume dans ledit mélangeur pendant le processus d’agitation ; à agiter ce mélange pendant une durée prédéterminée à une vitesse d'agitation prédéterminée pour obtenir un mélange polyuréthane-bitume homogène ; à l’issue du processus d'agitation, à obtenir un mélange bitumineux modifié additionné de polyuréthane homogène.
