Abstract:
(EN) The present invention discloses a syringe 100. The syringe 100 comprises a barrel 102 with a needle 101 arranged at a distal end 1 10 of the barrel 102. The barrel 102 is adapted to contain a drug and the barrel 102 has a tubular wall extending proximaily from the distal end 110. The barrel 102 extends along an axis 1000. The syringe 100 further comprises a plunger stopper 103 disposed within the barrel 102, wherem the plunger stopper 103 is adapted to be in fluid-tight engagement with the tubular wall of the barrel 102. The plunger stopper 103 has a thread profile 105b. The syringe 100 also comprises a plunger rod 104 extending along the axis 1000, wherem said plunger rod 104 has a thread profile 105a that engaging with the thread profile 105b of the plunger stopper 103. The engaged plunger stopper 103 and plunger rod 104 are being displaceable along the axis 1000 within the barrel 102. The engagement of the thread profiles 105a, 105b is configured such that the axial separation force B between the plunger stopper 103 and the plunger rod 104 in a proximal directing is being less than a liquid suction force A through the needle 101.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une seringue 100. La seringue 100 comprend un cylindre 102 avec une aiguille 101 agencée au niveau d'une extrémité distale 10 du cylindre 102. Le cylindre 102 est conçu pour contenir un médicament et le cylindre 102 a une paroi tubulaire s'étendant de manière proximale à partir de l'extrémité distale 110. Le cylindre 102 s'étend le long d'un axe 1000. La seringue 100 comprend aussi un bouchon-piston 103 disposé à l'intérieur du cylindre 102, le bouchon-piston 103 étant conçu pour être en prise étanche aux fluides avec la paroi tubulaire du cylindre 102. Le bouchon-piston 103 présente un profil de filetage 105b. La seringue 100 comprend également une tige de piston 104 s'étendant le long de l'axe 1000, ladite tige de piston 104 présentant un profil de filetage 105a qui vient en prise avec le profil de filetage 105b du bouchon-piston 103. Le bouchon-piston 103 en prise et la tige de piston 104 peuvent être déplacés le long de l'axe 1000 à l'intérieur du cylindre 102. La mise en prise des profils de filetage 105a, 105b est configurée de telle sorte que la force de séparation axiale B entre le bouchon-piston 103 et la tige de piston 104 dans une direction proximale est inférieure à une force d'aspiration de liquide A à travers l'aiguille 101.
