Abstract:
(EN) Concentrations are determined based on a measurement of a composition (X) by Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS). The LIBS spectrum (Sx) comprises resonance peaks (Rk,Rca,Rna) corresponding to the constituents (K,Ca,Na) in the composition (X). The resonance peaks comprise spectral amplitudes (Pk,Pca,Dna,Pna) indicative of the unknown concentrations (Cna,Ck,Cca) of the constituents (K,Ca,Na). A first spectral amplitude (Pk,Pca,Dna) in the LIBS spectrum (Sx) corresponds to the unknown concentration (Ck,Cca,Cna) of a first constituent (K,Ca,Na) to be determined. A second spectral amplitude (Pna) corresponds to a maximum value of a self-reversed resonance peak (Rna) of the first or another constituent (Na) in the LIBS spectrum (Sx). An amplitude ratio (Pk/Pna, Pca/Pna, Dna/Pna) is calculated between the first spectral amplitude (Pk,Pca,Dna) and the second spectral amplitude (Pna) and the ratio is matched with calibration data to determine concentrations.
(FR) Cette invention concerne la détermination de concentrations basée sur une mesure d'une composition (X) par spectroscopie par claquage induit par Laser (LIBS). Le spectre LIBS (Sx) comporte des pics de résonance (Rk, Rca, Rna) correspondant aux constituants (K, Ca, Na) dans la composition (X). Lesdits pics de résonance comprennent des amplitudes spectrales (Pk, Pca, Dna, Pna) indiquant les concentrations inconnues (Cna, Ck, Cca) des constituants (K, Ca, Na). Une première amplitude spectrale (Pk, Pca, Dna) dans le spectre LIBS (Sx) correspond à la concentration inconnue (Ck, Cca, Cna) d'un premier constituant (K, Ca, Na) à déterminer. Une seconde amplitude spectrale (Pna) correspond à une valeur maximale de pic de résonance auto-inversé (Rna) du premier ou autre constituant (Na) dans le spectre LIBS (Sx). Un rapport d'amplitude (Pk/Pna, Pca/Pna, Dna/Pna) est calculé entre la première amplitude spectrale (Pk, Pca, Dna) et la seconde amplitude spectrale (Pna) et le rapport est mis en correspondance avec des données d'étalonnage pour déterminer des concentrations.
