Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is a type of fundus camera which is one of eye examination and diagnosis equipment. A conventional color fundus camera is equipment for illuminating retinas with light of the visible band (400-640 nm), and then showing retinal lesions and diagnosing retinal diseases. The present invention relates to: a choroidal imaging fundus camera capable of photographing both a choroidal vessel and a choroidal lesion at the back of the retina with near-infrared rays having a wavelength longer than 640 nm; and a device comprising the same. A polarizing fundus camera for effectively suppressing internal reflection, of the present invention, comprises: a lighting part (10) for emitting light; a diffusion lens (20) for diffusing the light incident from the lighting part (10); a lighting lens (30) for emitting, at a predetermined emission angle, the light incident from the diffusion lens (20); a mirror (40) for reflecting the light incident from the lighting lens (30); a polarizing beam splitter (50) allowing a P-polarized light to pass therethrough and an S-polarized light to be reflected in the light incident from the mirror (40); an objective lens (60) for magnifying an image of the fundus of the eye, which has been formed by the light incident from the polarizing beam splitter (50); a short-range eyepiece (70) for reducing the image, of the fundus of the eye, having been magnified by means of the objective lens (60); a linear polarizing filter (80) allowing only the P-polarized light to pass therethrough; a narrow-band optical filter (90) filtering, from the light having passed through linear polarizing filter, the light having a band of 12 nm or less and emitted from the polarizing beam splitter (50); and an imaging device (100) using the light having passed through the narrow-band optical filter (90) so as to convert the same into an electrical signal and acquire an image, wherein the linear polarizing filter (80) respectively has a first linear polarizing filter (81) provided between the lighting part (10) and the polarizing beam splitter (50), and a second linear polarizing filter (82) provided between the polarizing beam splitter (50) and the short-range eyepiece (70).
(FR) La présente invention est un type de caméra de fond d'oeil qui est un équipement d'examen et de diagnostic de l'oeil. Une caméra couleur classique de fond d'oeil est un équipement pour éclairer des rétines avec de la lumière de la bande visible (400-640 nm), puis présenter des lésions rétiniennes et diagnostiquer des maladies rétiniennes. La présente invention concerne : une caméra de fond d'oeil d'imagerie choroïdienne capable de photographier à la fois un vaisseau choroïdien et une lésion choroïdienne à l'arrière de la rétine avec des rayons proches infrarouges ayant une longueur d'onde supérieure à 640 nm ; et un dispositif le comprenant. Une caméra de fond d'oeil de polarisation pour supprimer efficacement la réflexion interne, de la présente invention, comprend : une partie éclairage (10) pour émettre de la lumière ; une lentille de diffusion (20) pour diffuser la lumière incidente à partir de la partie éclairage (10) ; une lentille d'éclairage (30) pour émettre, à un angle d'émission prédéterminé, la lumière incidente à partir de la lentille de diffusion (20) ; un miroir (40) pour réfléchir la lumière incidente à partir de la lentille d'éclairage (30) ; un diviseur de faisceau de polarisation (50) permettant à une lumière à polarisation P de passer à travers celui-ci et une lumière à polarisation S d'être réfléchie dans la lumière incidente provenant du miroir (40) ; une lentille d'objectif (60) pour agrandir une image du fond de l'oeil, qui a été formée par la lumière incidente provenant du diviseur de faisceau de polarisation (50) ; un oculaire à courte portée (70) pour réduire l'image, du fond de l'oeil, ayant été grossie au moyen de la lentille d'objectif (60) ; un filtre de polarisation linéaire (80) permettant à la lumière à polarisation P de passer à travers celui-ci ; un filtre optique à bande étroite (90) filtrant, à partir de la lumière ayant traversé le filtre de polarisation linéaire, la lumière ayant une bande de 12 nm ou moins et émise à partir du diviseur de faisceau de polarisation (50) ; et un dispositif d'imagerie (100) utilisant la lumière ayant traversé le filtre optique à bande étroite (90) de façon à convertir celle-ci en un signal électrique et à acquérir une image, le filtre de polarisation linéaire (80) ayant respectivement un premier filtre de polarisation linéaire (81) disposé entre la partie éclairage (10) et le diviseur de faisceau de polarisation (50), et un second filtre de polarisation linéaire (82) disposé entre le diviseur de faisceau de polarisation (50) et l'oculaire de courte portée (70).
(KO) 본 발명은 안과 검진 진단장비의 일종인 안저카메라의 한 종류이다. 종래의 칼라 안저카메라는 가시광선 대역(400~640nm)의 빛으로 망막을 조영한 후 망막의 병변을 보여주고 망막질환을 진단하는 장비라면, 본 발명은 640nm 보다 파장이 긴 근적외선으로 망막 뒤쪽의 맥락막 혈관과 맥락막 병변도 함께 촬영할 수 있는 맥락막 조영 안저카메라와 이를 구성하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 내부 반사를 효과적으로 억제하기 위한 편광 안저카메라는 광을 방출하는 조명부(10); 상기 조명부(10)에서 인입된 광을 확산하는 확산렌즈(20); 상기 확산렌즈(20)에서 인입된 광을 일정 출사각으로 조사하는 조명렌즈(30); 상기 조명렌즈(30)에서 인입된 광을 반사하는 미러(40); 상기 미러(40)에서 인입된 광에서 P편광은 투과하고 S편광은 반사시키는 편광빔스플리터(50); 상기 편광빔스플리터(50)에서 인입된 광에 의해 맺힌 안저의 상을 확대하는 대물렌즈(60); 상기 대물렌즈(60)에 의해 확대된 안저의 상을 축소하는 근거리접안렌즈(70); 상기 P편광만 통과하는 선형편광필터(80); 상기 선형평광필터를 통과한 광에서 대역이 12nm 이하로 마련되고 상기 편광빔스플리터(50)로부터 방출된 광을 필터하는 협대역광필터(90); 및 상기 협대역광필터(90)를 통과한 광을 이용해 전기적 신호로 변환하여 영상을 획득하는 촬상소자(100);를 포함하고, 상기 선형편광필터(80)는, 상기 조명부(10)와 상기 편광빔스플리터(50) 사이에 구비되는 제1선형편광필터(81)와, 상기 편광빔스플리터(50)와 상기 근거리접안렌즈(70) 사이에 구비되는 제2선형편광필터(82)가 각각 마련된 것을 특징으로 한다.
