Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for forming a light-emitting pattern forming pixels of a light-emitting diode such as an organic light-emitting diode, a quantum dot light-emitting diode, or a perovskite light-emitting diode and a donor substrate for the light-emitting pattern formation and provides a donor substrate having a light-to-heat conversion layer and a hydrophobic thin-film pattern, comprising: a light-transmitting base substrate; the light-to-heat conversion layer located on the upper surface of the base substrate; a concave groove pattern layer located on the upper surface of the light-to-heat conversion layer and having a concave groove pattern and a protruding pattern which is adjacent to the concave groove pattern and is partitioned the concave groove pattern; and the hydrophobic thin-film pattern located on the upper surface of the protruding pattern of the concave groove pattern layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'un motif électroluminescent formant des pixels d'une diode électroluminescente telle qu'une diode électroluminescente organique, une diode électroluminescente à points quantiques, ou une diode électroluminescente pérovskite et un substrat donneur pour la formation d'un motif électroluminescent. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un substrat donneur ayant une couche de conversion de la lumière en chaleur et un motif de film mince hydrophobe, comprenant : un substrat de base transmettant la lumière ; la couche de conversion de la lumière en chaleur située sur la surface supérieure du substrat de base ; une couche de motif en rainure concave située sur la surface supérieure de la couche de conversion de la lumière en chaleur et ayant un motif en rainure concave et un motif en saillie qui est adjacent au motif en rainure concave et qui est distinct du motif en rainure concave ; et le motif de film mince hydrophobe situé sur la surface supérieure du motif en saillie de la couche de motif en rainure concave.
(KO) 본 발명은 유기 발광 다이오드, 양자점 발광 다이오드, 페로브스카이트 발광 다이오드 등과 같은 발광 다이오드의 화소를 이루는 발광 패턴을 형성하는 방법과 발광 패턴 형성을 위한 도너 기판에 관한 것으로, 광 투과성이 있는 베이스 기판; 상기 베이스 기판 상면에 위치한 광열 변환층; 상기 광열 변환층 상면에 위치하고, 요홈 패턴 및 상기 요홈 패턴에 인접하고 상기 요홈 패턴을 구획하는 돌출 패턴이 형성된 요홈 패턴층; 및 상기 요홈 패턴층의 상기 돌출 패턴 상면에 위치한 소수성 박막 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광열 변환층과 소수성 박막 패턴을 구비한 도너 기판을 제공한다.
