Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-woven fabric improved in weight reduction and sound absorption as non-woven fabrics made of polyester ordinary yarns having different melting points are laminated on both sides of a non-woven fabric made of polyester hollow yarns and ordinary yarns having different melting points and thermally bonded thereto, and a non-woven fabric manufactured by the same method. The non-woven fabric, according to the present invention, forms a web with filaments made of hollow yarns, and thus has high sound absorption even with a low weight, and the shape of the non-woven fabric may easily be formed by physical and thermal external forces, so that the filaments are not damaged and the mechanical strength is not lowered. In addition, the layer configuration and the manufacturing method of the non-woven fabric are simplified, and thus workability and price competitiveness are excellent. Also, since polyester filaments having a low melting point are melted to bond polyester filaments having a high melting point, a chemical substance such as an adhesive is not required, and accordingly, it is possible to manufacture a non-woven fabric having a low amount of harmful substances.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un nontissé amélioré en termes de réduction de poids et d'absorption sonore caractérisé en ce que des nontissés constitués de fils ordinaires en polyester ayant différents points de fusion sont stratifiés sur les deux côtés d'un nontissé constitué de fils creux et de fils ordinaires en polyester ayant différents points de fusion et liés thermiquement à celui-ci, et un nontissé fabriqué au moyen dudit procédé. Le nontissé, selon la présente invention, forme une bande avec des filaments constitués de fils creux, et présente ainsi une absorption sonore élevée y compris en cas de faible poids, et la forme du nontissé peut être facilement façonnée par des forces externes physiques et thermiques, de sorte que les filaments ne soient pas endommagés et que la résistance mécanique ne soit pas réduite. De plus, la configuration de couche et le procédé de fabrication du nontissé sont simplifiés, ce qui permet d'obtenir d'excellentes propriétés en termes d'aptitude au façonnage et de compétitivité de prix. En outre, étant donné que les filaments en polyester à point de fusion bas sont fondus pour lier des filaments de polyester à point de fusion élevé, une substance chimique telle qu'un adhésif n'est pas nécessaire, et par conséquent, il est possible de fabriquer un nontissé présentant une faible teneur en substances nocives.
(KO) 본 발명은 융점이 서로 다른 폴리에스테르 소재의 중공사 및 일반사로 이루어진 부직포 양면에, 융점이 서로 다른 폴리에스테르 소재의 일반사로 이루어진 부직포를 적층하여 열접착함으로써 경량화하면서 흡음성이 향상된 부직포를 제조하는 방법 및 이 방법으로 제조되는 부직포에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 부직포는 중공사로 이루어진 필라멘트로 웹을 형성하므로 적은 중량에도 높은 흡음 성능을 발휘할 수 있고 물리적 및 열적 외력에 의해 부직포의 형태를 용이하게 성형할 수 있어서 필라멘트가 손상되지 않으므로 기계적 강도가 저하되지 않으며, 또한 부직포의 레이어 구성과 제조방법을 단순화하여 작업성 및 가격경쟁력이 우수하고 저융점의 폴리에스테르 필라멘트를 용융시켜 고융점의 폴리에스테르 필라멘트를 접착시키므로 접착제와 같은 화학물질이 필요치 않아서 유해물질이 낮은 부직포를 제조할 수 있다.
