Abstract:
(EN) In order to improve manufacturing convenience and precision, the present invention provides a digital denture manufacturing method comprising: a first step of acquiring a three-dimensional work image, on which occlusion information between a target dental arch and an opposing dental arch and implant information of a fixture implanted in the target dental arch are displayed, and preparing a temporary denture in which a binding region formed to correspond to a binding portion profile of an abutment fastened to the fixture is arrayed and arranged; a second step of acquiring an auxiliary scan image for the temporary denture; a third step of acquiring, from the auxiliary scan image, a correction surface image on three-dimensional surface information of an inner surface-side engagement groove of the temporary denture including the binding region; and a fourth step of designing and manufacturing a digital denture having a virtual binding groove corresponding to the position and the shape of the three-dimensional surface information of the binding region, in an inner surface profile set according to the three-dimensional surface information of the engagement groove.
(FR) Afin d'améliorer la commodité et la précision de fabrication, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de prothèse dentaire numérique comprenant : une première étape d'acquisition d'une image de travail tridimensionnelle, sur laquelle des informations d'occlusion entre une arcade dentaire cible et une arcade dentaire opposée et des informations d'implant d'un appareil de fixation implanté dans l'arcade dentaire cible sont affichées, et de préparation d’une prothèse dentaire provisoire dans laquelle une région de liaison formée pour correspondre à un profil de partie de liaison d'une butée fixée à l'appareil de fixation est disposée en réseau et agencée ; une seconde étape d'acquisition d'une image de balayage auxiliaire pour la prothèse dentaire temporaire ; une troisième étape d’acquisition, à partir de l'image de balayage auxiliaire, d’une image de surface de correction sur des informations de surface tridimensionnelles d'une rainure de mise en prise côté surface interne de la prothèse dentaire temporaire comprenant la région de liaison ; et une quatrième étape de conception et de fabrication d'une prothèse dentaire numérique ayant une rainure de liaison virtuelle correspondant à la position et à la forme des informations de surface tridimensionnelles de la région de liaison, dans un profil de surface interne disposé selon les informations de surface tridimensionnelles de la rainure de mise en prise.
(KO) 제조편의성 및 정밀성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 대상악궁과 대합악궁 간 교합정보 및 상기 대상악궁에 식립되는 픽스츄어의 식립정보가 표시되는 3차원 작업이미지가 획득되되, 상기 픽스츄어에 체결되는 어버트먼트의 결합부 프로파일에 대응하여 형성된 결합영역이 정렬 배치된 임시보철이 준비되는 제1단계; 상기 임시보철에 대한 보조스캔이미지가 획득되는 제2단계; 상기 보조스캔이미지에서 상기 결합영역이 포함된 상기 임시보철의 내면측 형합홈의 3차원 표면정보에 대한 보정표면이미지가 획득되는 제3단계; 및 상기 형합홈의 3차원 표면정보에 따라 설정되는 내면 프로파일 내에 상기 결합영역의 3차원 표면정보의 위치 및 형상에 대응되는 가상 결합홈이 형성된 디지털보철이 설계 및 제조되는 제4단계를 포함하는 디지털보철 제조방법을 제공한다.
