Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a brushless motor having a three-phase Y-wiring structure, comprising : a neutral point busbar installed on the upper surface of a stator, which includes a core having a hollow shape and a plurality of teeth protruding at a regular distance from each other along the circumferential direction on the inner circumference of the core; and busbars on U, V, and W phases, and in particular, to a busbar arrangement method for a brushless motor wherein the neutral point busbar is coupled to one side on the top end of the core along the length of the circumference of the core and wherein each of the busbars on the U, V, and W phases is formed in an arc shape having the same length and stacked on one side of the top end of the core to which the neutral point busbar is not coupled, wherein the neutral point busbar and the busbars on the U, V, and W phases that are stacked form a symmetry with the center part of the core at the center. The present invention was contrived to resolve the problem explained above, and by arranging the neutral point busbar on the one side and appropriately arranging the busbars on the U, V, and W phases on the other side, the structure of the busbar can be rendered simple, thereby yielding significant effects such as reducing the cost of manufacturing busbars.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moteur sans balais ayant une structure de câblage Y triphasé, comprenant : une barre omnibus de point neutre installée sur la surface supérieure d'un stator, qui comprend un noyau ayant une forme creuse et une pluralité de dents faisant saillie à une distance régulière entre elles le long de la direction circonférentielle sur la circonférence interne du noyau ; et des barres omnibus sur les phases U, V et W, et concerne plus particulièrement un procédé d'agencement de barre omnibus pour un moteur sans balais, la barre omnibus de point neutre étant accouplée à un côté sur l'extrémité supérieure du noyau le long de la longueur de la circonférence du noyau et chacune des barres omnibus sur les phases U, V, et W adoptant une forme arquée ayant la même longueur et étant empilées sur un côté de l'extrémité supérieure du noyau auquel n'est pas accouplée la barre omnibus de point neutre, la barre omnibus de point neutre et les barres omnibus sur les phases U, V et W qui sont empilées formant une symétrie avec la partie centrale du noyau au centre. La présente invention a été conçue en vue de résoudre le problème susmentionné, et en agençant la barre omnibus de point neutre sur un côté et en agençant de manière appropriée les barres omnibus sur les phases U, V et W de l'autre côté, la structure de la barre omnibus peut être simplifiée, ce qui permet d'obtenir des effets significatifs tels que la réduction du coût de fabrication de barres omnibus.
(KO) 본 발명은 중공체 형상의 코어와, 상기 코어의 내주연에 원주방향을 따라 일정간격 이격되도록 돌출형성되어 있는 복수 개의 티스로 이루어진 고정자의 상면에 장착되는 중성점 버스바와, U, V, W상 버스바를 포함하고 있는 3상의 Y결선 구조를 지닌 브러쉬리스 모터에 관한 것으로서, 상기 중성점 버스바는 코어의 원주 길이를 따라 코어의 상단 일측에 장착되고, 상기 U, V, W상 버스바는 각각 동일길이의 원호형상으로 형성되어 중성점 버스바가 장착되지 않은 코어의 상단 일측에 적층되되, 상기 중성점 버스바와 적층되어 있는 U, V, W상 버스바는 코어의 중심부를 기준으로 서로 대칭하고 있는 것이 특징인 브러쉬리스 모터의 버스바 배열방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 중성점 버스바를 일측에 배치하고, 타측에는 U, V, W상의 버스바를 적절히 배치함으로써 버스바의 구조를 단순하게 제작할 수 있고, 이로 인해 버스바를 제작하는 단가를 절약할 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
