Abstract:
(EN) An image encoding method according to an embodiment may be provided, the method comprising the steps of: determining a subjective image quality when an image is compressed; determining at least one compression intensity, at which the subjective image quality is changed, from among compression intensities indicating degrees of image compression; and encoding the image by compressing a residual signal of the image on the basis of compression information used for a procedure of compressing the image at the at least one compression intensity, wherein the subjective image quality is determined with respect to a frame included in the image by using a deep neural network (DNN). The present invention may provide an image decoding method for decoding an image by acquiring information encoded according to the image encoding method, and an image decoding device capable of performing the image decoding method.
(FR) Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un procédé de codage d'image, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : déterminer une qualité d'image subjective lorsqu'une image est compressée ; déterminer au moins une intensité de compression, à laquelle la qualité d'image subjective est modifiée, parmi des intensités de compression indiquant des degrés de compression d'image ; et coder l'image par compression d'un signal résiduel de l'image sur la base d'informations de compression utilisées pour une procédure de compression de l'image à au moins une intensité de compression, la qualité d'image subjective étant déterminée par rapport à une trame incluse dans l'image à l'aide d'un réseau neuronal profond (DNN). La présente invention peut fournir un procédé de décodage d'image pour décoder une image par acquisition d'informations codées selon le procédé de codage d'image, et un dispositif de décodage d'image capable de réaliser le procédé de décodage d'image.
(KO) 일 실시예에 따라, 영상을 부호화 하는 방법에 있어서, 영상을 압축하였을 때의 주관적 화질을 결정하는 단계; 영상을 압축하는 정도를 나타내는 압축강도들 중 주관적 화질이 달라지게 되는 적어도 하나의 압축강도를 결정하는 단계;적어도 하나의 압축강도로 영상을 압축하는 과정에 이용되는 압축 정보에 기초하여 영상의 잔차 신호를 압축함으로써 영상을 부호화 하는 단계를 포함하고, 주관적 화질은 DNN(Deep Neural Network)을 이용하여 영상에 포함되는 프레임에 대하여 결정된 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 부호화 방법이 제공될 수 있다. 영상 부호화 방법에 따라 부호화된 정보를 획득하여 영상을 복호화 하기 위한 영상 복호화 방법, 및 영상 복호화 방법을 수행할 수 있는 영상 복호화 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
