Abstract:
(EN) A secondary battery that comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte, the negative electrode (A) comprising a negative electrode active material layer that includes a negative electrode active material and a negative electrode conductive agent, (B) the negative electrode active material including a plurality of primary negative electrode active material particles and a plurality of secondary negative electrode active material particles, (C) the negative electrode active material including a lithium-titanium composite oxide, (D) the plurality of primary negative electrode active material particles being at least 95% of the total of the plurality of primary negative electrode active material particles and the secondary negative electrode active material particles, (E) the median diameter D50 of the plurality of primary negative electrode active material particles being 0.1–1 μm, (F) the negative electrode conductive agent including a plurality of pieces of a scale-like carbon material, (G) the average aspect ratio of the plurality of pieces of the scale-like carbon material being 6–8.5, and (H) the negative electrode conductive agent being no more than 2.5 wt% of the negative electrode active material layer.
