Abstract:
(EN)
[Problem] To provide a method for determining disaster level classification and a system for implementing same. [Solution] This method comprises: obtaining a polygonal line, including a first bending point P1, a second bending point P2, and a maximum response point Pm, from a performance curve of each floor of a building; obtaining a maximum inter-floor deformation angle from the maximum inter-floor drift and inter-floor height of each floor; obtaining a safety margin for each floor from the maximum inter-floor deformation angle and a safety limit deformation angle; selecting the polygonal line having the lowest safety margin by comparing the safety margins of the respective floors; calculating a safety limit point Ps by using the selected polygonal line; calculating disaster level classifications (I) to (VI) by using the first bending point P1, the second bending point P2, and the safety limit point Ps; and determining the disaster level classification by determining which one among said disaster level classifications the maximum response point Pm corresponds to.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un procédé permettant de déterminer une classification de niveaux de catastrophe et un système permettant de le mettre en œuvre. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un procédé qui consiste : à obtenir une ligne polygonale, comprenant un premier point de flexion P1, un second point de flexion P2, et un point de réponse maximale Pm, à partir d'une courbe de performance de chaque étage d'un bâtiment ; à obtenir un angle de déformation entre les étages maximal à partir de la dérive entre les étages maximale et de la hauteur entre les étages de chaque étage ; à obtenir une marge de sécurité pour chaque étage à partir de l'angle de déformation entre les étages maximal et d'un angle de déformation de limite de sécurité ; à sélectionner la ligne polygonale ayant la marge de sécurité la plus faible en comparant les marges de sécurité des étages respectifs ; à calculer un point de limite de sécurité Ps à l'aide de la ligne polygonale sélectionnée ; à calculer des classifications de niveaux de catastrophe (I) à (VI) au moyen du premier point de flexion P1, du second point de flexion P2, et du point de limite de sécurité Ps ; et à déterminer la classification de niveaux de catastrophe en déterminant la classification parmi lesdites classifications de niveaux de catastrophe à laquelle correspond le point de réponse maximale Pm.

【課題】被災度区分判定を行う方法及びこれを実現するためのシステムを提供する。 【解決手段】 建物の各層の性能曲線から第1折れ点P1、第2折れ点P2及び最大応答点Pmを含む折れ線を求め、各層の最大層間変位と層間高さから最大層間変形角を求め、最大層間変形角と安全限界変形角とから各層の安全余裕度を求め、各層の安全余裕度を比較して安全余裕度の最も小さい折れ線を選択し、選択された折れ線を用いて安全限界点Psを算出し、第1折れ点P1及び第2折れ点P2と、前記安全限界点Psとを用いて被災度区分(I)から(VI)を算出し、最大応答点Pmが前記被災度区分のいずれに該当するか判定することで被災度区分を判定する。
