Abstract:
(EN) A sliding constant-velocity universal joint comprising an outside joint member 11 and an inside joint member 12 that transmits rotational torque between the inside joint member and the outside joint member 11 by means of balls 13 while allowing axial displacement and angular displacement, wherein a smaller-diameter part 34 of a boot 28, which seals a lubricant 27 inside the outside joint member 11 and closes off an opening in the outside joint member 11, is mounted on a shaft 21 extending from the inside joint part 12. A lip portion 41, which is not in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 21 when the inside joint member 12 is positioned in the center of the joint and which makes contact with the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 21 when the inside joint member 12 is axially displaced toward the interior of the joint, is provided on the inner circumferential surface of an intermediate portion 35 of the boot 28.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un joint universel homocinétique coulissant comprenant un élément joint extérieur 11 et un élément joint intérieur 12 qui transmet un couple de rotation entre l'élément joint intérieur et l'élément joint extérieur 11 au moyen de billes 13 tout en permettant un déplacement axial et un déplacement angulaire, une partie de plus petit diamètre 34 d'une chaussure 28, qui scelle un lubrifiant 27 à l'intérieur de l'élément joint extérieur 11 et ferme une ouverture dans l'élément joint extérieur 11, étant montée sur un arbre 21 s'étendant à partir de la partie joint intérieur 12. Une partie lèvre 41, qui n'est pas en contact avec la surface circonférentielle externe de l'arbre 21 lorsque l'élément joint intérieur 12 est positionné au centre du joint et qui est en contact avec la surface circonférentielle externe de l'arbre 21 lorsque l'élément joint intérieur 12 est axialement déplacé vers l'intérieur du joint, est disposée sur la surface circonférentielle interne d'une partie intermédiaire 35 de la chaussure 28.
(JA) 外側継手部材11と、その外側継手部材11との間でボール13を介して軸方向変位および角度変位を許容しながら回転トルクを伝達する内側継手部材12とを備え、外側継手部材11内に潤滑剤27を封入すると共に外側継手部材11の開口部を閉塞するブーツ28の小径端部34を、内側継手部材12から延びるシャフト21に装着した摺動式等速自在継手であって、内側継手部材12が継手中心に位置する時にシャフト21の外周面と非接触状態であり、かつ、内側継手部材12が継手奥側へ軸方向変位した時にシャフト21の外周面と接触するリップ部41を、ブーツ28の中間部35の内周面に設ける。
