Abstract:
(EN) A flame retardant composition which contains (A) a piperazine phosphate salt, (B) a melamine phosphate salt and (C) an oil having a siloxane bond and a specific gravity of 0.930 or more but less than 0.970 at 25°C, and which is configured to contain 0.01-5 parts by mass of the component (C) relative to 100 parts by mass of the total of the component (A) and the component (B). It is preferable that the flame retardant composition additionally contains (D) a methyl hydrogen silicone oil having a specific gravity of 0.970 or more but less than 1.01 at 25°C, wherein some of the side chains of a polysiloxane are composed of hydrogen atoms, in an amount of 0.01-5 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the total of the component (A) and the component (B).
(FR) Cette invention concerne une composition retardatrice de flamme qui contient (A) un sel de phosphate de pipérazine, (B) un sel de phosphate de mélamine et (C) une huile ayant une liaison siloxane et une densité spécifique de 0,930 ou plus mais inférieure à 0,970 à 25°C, et qui est conçue pour contenir de 0,01 à 5 parties en poids de composant (C) pour 100 parties en poids du total du composant (A) et du composant (B). Il est préférable que la composition retardatrice de flamme contienne en outre (D) une huile silicone méthylhydrogénée ayant une densité spécifique de 0,970 ou plus mais inférieure à 1,01 à 25°C, où une partie des chaînes latérales d'un polysiloxane est composée d'atomes d'hydrogène, en une quantité de 0,01 à 5 parties en poids pour 100 parties en poids du total du composant (A) et du composant (B).
(JA) (A)リン酸ピペラジン塩と、(B)リン酸メラミン塩と、(C)25℃での比重が0.930以上0.970未満であり且つシロキサン結合を有するオイルを含有し、(A)成分と(B)成分との合計100質量部に対して、(C)成分を0.01~5質量部含有する難燃剤組成物。上記難燃剤組成物は、さらに、(D)25℃での比重が0.970以上1.01未満であり且つポリシロキサンの側鎖の一部が水素であるメチルハイドロジェンシリコーンオイルを、(A)成分と(B)成分との合計100質量部に対して0.01~5質量部含有することが好ましい。
