Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a sintered body, the method comprising forming the sintered body containing a metal oxide having a spinel-type structure by heating a mixture containing a plurality of particles of the metal oxide having the spinel=type structure and a metal acetylacetonate, under pressure, at a temperature no lower than the melting point of the metal acetylacetonate and no higher than 600°C. Furthermore, the present invention provides: a structure manufactured by said method; and a composite structure in which said structure and a substrate are bonded at a bonding layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un corps fritté, le procédé consistant à former le corps fritté contenant un oxyde métallique ayant une structure de type spinelle par chauffage d'un mélange contenant une pluralité de particules de l'oxyde métallique ayant la structure de type spinelle et un acétylacétonate métallique, sous pression, à une température qui n'est pas inférieure au point de fusion de l'acétylacétonate de métal et qui est n'est pas supérieure à 600 °C. En outre, la présente invention concerne : une structure fabriquée selon ledit procédé ; et une structure composite dans laquelle ladite structure et un substrat sont liés au niveau d'une couche de liaison.
(JA) 本発明は、焼結体の製造方法であって、スピネル型構造を有する金属酸化物の複数の粒子と金属アセチルアセトネートとを含む混合物を、加圧下にて、前記金属アセチルアセトネートの融点以上かつ600℃以下の温度で加熱して、前記スピネル型構造を有する金属酸化物を含む焼結体を形成することを含む方法を提供する。更に、該方法により製造される構造体、および該構造体と基材とが接合層で接合された複合構造体を提供する。
