Abstract:
(EN) A multilayer film stack includes: a multilayered stack structure wherein a first layer containing a first resin and a second layer containing a second resin are alternately stacked; and a thick film layer in contact with the multilayered stack structure. The multilayered stack structure includes a layer thickness profile that has a repeating unit made up of a single first layer and a single second layer having a physical thickness. The layer thickness profile includes a region of monotonically-increasing thickness and a thin layer region. The thin layer region has at least three repeating units. A ratio L2/L1 is 0.85 or less and a ratio A2/L1 is 0.70 or less where L1 represents the maximum thickness of the repeating units in the region of monotonically-increasing thickness, L2 represents the maximum thickness of the repeating units in the thin layer region, and A2 represents an average thickness in the thin layer region. The thin layer region is located on the thicker portion side of the region of monotonically-increasing thickness to come in contact with the thick film layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un empilement de film multicouche qui comprend : une structure d’empilement multicouche dans laquelle une première couche contenant une première résine et une deuxième couche contenant une deuxième résine sont empilées en alternance ; et une couche de film épaisse en contact avec la structure d’empilement multicouche. La structure d’empilement multicouche comprend un profil d’épaisseur de couche qui comporte un motif de répétition constitué d’une première couche unique et d’une deuxième couche unique ayant une épaisseur physique. Le profil d’épaisseur de couche comprend une région d’épaisseur augmentant de façon monotone et une région de couche mince. La région de couche mince comporte au moins trois motifs de répétition. Un rapport L2/L1 est de 0,85 ou moins et un rapport A2/L1 est de 0,70 ou moins, où L1 représente l’épaisseur maximale des motifs de répétition dans la région d’épaisseur augmentant de façon monotone, L2 représente l’épaisseur maximale des motifs de répétition dans la région de couche mince, et A2 représente une épaisseur moyenne dans la région de couche mince. La région de couche mince est située sur le côté de la partie plus épaisse de la région d’épaisseur augmentant de façon monotone de façon à venir en contact avec la couche de film épaisse.
