Abstract:
(EN) The present invention concerns analysis of the concentration of a to-be-analysed object within a sample. A plurality of reaction sites is generated by dividing a fluid comprising the sample. A distribution of reaction site sizes is divided into a plurality of partitions. A partition used to derive the concentration is determined, per partition, on the basis of the number or the proportion of positive reaction sites, or the number or the proportion of negative reaction sites. The concentration of the to-be-analysed object is derived on the basis of data from the determined partition.
(FR) La présente invention concerne l'analyse de la concentration d'un objet à analyser dans un échantillon. Une pluralité de sites de réaction est générée par division d'un fluide comprenant l'échantillon. Une distribution de tailles de site de réaction est divisée en une pluralité de partitions. Une partition utilisée pour déduire la concentration est déterminée, pour chaque partition, sur la base du nombre ou de la proportion de sites de réaction positifs, ou du nombre ou de la proportion de sites de réaction négatifs. La concentration de l'objet à analyser est dérivée sur la base de données provenant de la partition déterminée.
(JA) サンプル中の分析対象物の濃度を分析する際に、前記サンプルを含む液体を分割して生成された複数の反応場について、前記反応場のサイズの分布を複数の区間に分け、前記区間ごとの陽性反応場の数もしくは割合、または、陰性反応場の数もしくは割合に基づいて、濃度の導出に用いる区間を決定し、決定された区間のデータに基づいて前記分析対象物の濃度を導出する。
