Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optical member that achieves both a high transmittance and extinction ratio for a P wave and a high reflectance for an S wave, and an optical system unit using the optical member. An optical member 10 has a wire grid part 2 where projections 2a formed by stacking a plurality of layers of different materials are arranged like a line-and-space pattern on a base material 1. The projections 2a are composed of a reflective layer 21 comprising a material of higher reflectivity than at least a layer adjacent thereto and another layer 22, with the reflective layer 21 formed at either the top or the base of the projections 2a. The thickness of the reflective layer 21 is less than the total thickness of the other layer 22.
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un élément optique qui permet d'obtenir à la fois un rapport de transmittance et d'extinction élevé pour une onde P et une réflectance élevée pour une onde S, et une unité de système optique utilisant l'élément optique. Un élément optique 10 comprend une partie grille métallique 2, des saillies 2a formées par l'empilement d'une pluralité de couches de différents matériaux étant agencées comme un motif de lignes et d'espaces sur un matériau de base 1. Les saillies 2a sont composées d'une couche réfléchissante 21 comprenant un matériau de réflectivité supérieure à celle d'au moins une couche adjacente à celle-ci et d'une autre couche 22, la couche réfléchissante 21 étant formée au dessus ou sur la base des saillies 2a. L'épaisseur de la couche réfléchissante 21 est inférieure à l'épaisseur totale de l'autre couche 22.
