This lithium ion secondary battery element is formed by laminating: a positive electrode having a positive electrode active material formed by coating a positive electrode active material mixture; a separator; and a negative electrode having a negative electrode active material formed by coating a negative electrode active material mixture. The lithium ion secondary battery element is characterized in that the separator is a uniaxially stretched film of polyolefin and has an air permeability of 100 sec/100 ml or less, and the sum of the thickness of the separator and the thickness of a negative electrode active material layer formed on one surface of the negative electrode is 50 µm or less after one cycle of charging and discharging a lithium ion secondary battery including the lithium ion secondary battery element. The present invention provides an element for a high-power lithium ion secondary battery, wherein voltage can be maintained above a certain value for a certain period of time after battery operation.

La présente invention concerne un élément de batterie rechargeable au lithium-ion, formé par stratification : d'une électrode positive comprenant un matériau actif d'électrode positive formé par revêtement d'un mélange de matériau actif d'électrode positive ; d'un séparateur ; et d'une électrode négative comprenant un matériau actif d'électrode négative formé par revêtement d'un mélange de matériau actif d'électrode négative. L'élément de batterie rechargeable au lithium-ion est caractérisé en ce que le séparateur est un film étiré uniaxialement de polyoléfine, présente une perméabilité à l'air inférieure ou égale à 100 sec/100 ml, et la somme de l'épaisseur du séparateur et de l'épaisseur d'une couche de matériau actif d'électrode négative formée sur une surface de l'électrode négative est inférieure ou égale à 50 µm après un cycle de charge et de décharge d'une batterie rechargeable au lithium-ion comprenant l'élément de batterie rechargeable au lithium-ion. La présente invention concerne un élément destiné à une batterie rechargeable au lithium-ion haute puissance, la tension pouvant être maintenue au-dessus d'une certaine valeur pendant une certaine durée après le fonctionnement de la batterie.

本発明のリチウムイオン二次電池素子は、正極活物質混合物が塗工され形成された正極活物質層を有する正極と、セパレータと、負極活物質混合物が塗工され形成された負極活物質層を有する負極とが積層されたリチウムイオン二次電池素子である。セパレータは、ポリオレフィンの一軸延伸フィルムであり、セパレータの透気度は100秒/100ミリリットル以下であり、リチウムイオン二次電池素子を含むリチウムイオン二次電池を1度充電および放電した後に、セパレータの厚さと負極の片面に形成された負極活物質層の厚さとの和は50マイクロメートル以下であることを特徴とする。本発明は、電池作動後に電圧を一定時間一定値以上に維持することができる、高出力リチウムイオン二次電池用の素子を提供する。
