Abstract:
(EN) The present application relates to a multilayer sintered plate comprising a porous sintered alloy layer that is bonded to one surface of a back metal, said multilayer sintered plate being characterized in that the porous sintered alloy layer has 30-50mass% nickel, 1-10mass% phosphorus, 2.5-10mass% tin, and iron and unavoidable impurities as the remainder, and has a structure comprising a matrix phase that includes an iron-nickel-tin alloy, and a rigid phase that includes a nickel-phosphorus-iron-tin alloy deposited in an interior of the matrix phase.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une plaque frittée multicouche comprenant une couche d'alliage fritté poreuse qui est liée à une surface d'un métal arrière, ladite plaque frittée multicouche étant caractérisée en ce que la couche d'alliage fritté poreux comprend de 30 à 50 % en masse de nickel, de 1 à 10 % en masse de phosphore, de 2,5 à 10 % en masse d'étain, le reste étant constitué de fer et d'impuretés inévitables, et présente une structure comprenant une phase matricielle qui comprend un alliage fer-nickel-étain, et une phase rigide qui comprend un alliage nickel-phosphore-fer-étain déposée à l'intérieur de la phase matricielle.
(JA) 本願は、裏金の一方の面に接合された多孔質焼結合金層を具備した複層焼結板に関するものであって、前記多孔質焼結合金層は、ニッケル30~50質量%、燐1~10質量%、錫2.5~10質量%に加えて残部として鉄及び不可避不純物を有すると共に鉄-ニッケル-錫合金を含むマトリックス相と該マトリックス相の内部に析出したニッケル-燐-鉄-錫合金を含む硬質相とを具備した組織を有することを特徴とする。
