Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an air intake structure for an internal combustion engine, with which it is possible to intensify a tumble vortex and simplify the configuration by introducing intake air to a tumble flow path without the provision of a tumble control valve. Disclosed is an air intake structure for an internal combustion engine, the air intake structure comprising a throttle valve 75 inside a throttle body 7 having an air intake path 70 which constitutes a portion of an air intake flow path 80, the air intake flow path being partitioned into a tumble flow path 80A and a main flow path 80B by a partitioning part 81 downstream from the throttle valve. The throttle valve is a butterfly valve that is rotatably supported inside the throttle body by a throttle valve shaft 76 oriented so as to perpendicularly intersect with the center axis X of the air intake path. A valve body 77 of the throttle valve includes a one-end-side half body 77A and an other-end-side half body 77B by being bisected with the throttle valve shaft therebetween. The cross-sectional area of the main flow path is formed so as to be greater than the cross-sectional area of the tumble flow path.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure d'admission d'air pour moteur à combustion interne, qui permet d'intensifier un tourbillon de culbutage et de simplifier la configuration par introduction de l'air d'admission dans un trajet d'écoulement de culbutage sans recours à une soupape de commande de culbutage. L'invention concerne une structure d'admission d'air pour moteur à combustion interne, qui comprend un papillon des gaz (75) logé dans un corps de papillon (7) dont le trajet d'admission d'air (70) constitue une partie d'un trajet d'écoulement d'admission d'air (80) séparé en un trajet d'écoulement tourbillonnant (80A) et un trajet d'écoulement principal (80B) par un élément de séparation (81) situé en aval du papillon des gaz. Le papillon des gaz est une vanne papillon portée en rotation à l'intérieur du corps de papillon par un arbre (76) de papillon des gaz orienté de manière à croiser perpendiculairement l'axe central (X) du trajet d'admission d'air. Un corps de vanne (77) du papillon des gaz comprend un demi-corps côté une extrémité (77A) et un demi-corps côté autre extrémité (77B) du fait de l'arbre de papillon des gaz qui le sépare en deux. La section transversale du trajet d'écoulement principal est formée de telle sorte qu'elle est supérieure à la surface de section transversale du trajet d'écoulement de culbutage.
