Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, a first metal member (10) and a second metal member (20) are both metal members having U-shaped cross-sections. Butted sections (J1, J2) are formed by butting the outer surface (12a) of a first transverse plate (12) of the first metal member (10) against another side surface (21b) of a longitudinal plate (21) of the second metal member (20). An auxiliary member (30) with an L-shaped axial cross-section is disposed on the first metal member (10) and the second metal member (20) so as to cover an internal corner U configured by the first transverse plate (12) of the first metal member (10) and a second transverse plate (23) of the second metal member (20). A stirring pin (F2) is inserted from the outer surface (30) side of the auxiliary member (30), and while only the stirring pin (F2) is brought into contact with the auxiliary member (30), the first metal member (10), and the second metal member (20), a rotation tool (F) is moved relatively along the butted section (J1) and friction stir welding is performed on the auxiliary member (30), the first metal member (10), and the second metal member (20).
(FR) Selon la présente invention, un premier élément métallique (10) et un second élément métallique (20) sont tous deux des éléments métalliques comportant des sections transversales en U. Des sections de butée (J1, J2) sont formées par mise en butée de la surface externe (12a) d'une première plaque transversale (12) du premier élément métallique (10) contre une autre surface latérale (21b) d'une plaque longitudinale (21) du second élément métallique (20). Un élément auxiliaire (30) comportant une section transversale axiale en L est disposé sur le premier élément métallique (10) et sur le second élément métallique (20) de manière à recouvrir un coin interne en U formé par la première plaque transversale (12) du premier élément métallique (10) et par une seconde plaque transversale (23) du second élément métallique (20). Un agitateur (F2) est inséré par le côté surface externe (30) de l'élément auxiliaire (30), et alors que seul l’agitateur (F2) est amené en contact de l'élément auxiliaire (30), du premier élément métallique (10), et du second élément métallique (20), un outil de rotation (F) est déplacé relativement le long de la section de butée (J1) et un soudage par friction-malaxage est effectué sur l'élément auxiliaire (30), le premier élément métallique (10) et le second élément métallique (20).
