Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a carbon material interior ore that can be efficiently produced. The carbon material interior ore is produced without baking by adding an organic binder to an iron oxide-containing feedstock and a carbon material, adjusting the moisture content, and mixing and granulating same. The feedstock is adjusted so that when the amount of carbon derived from the iron oxide-containing feedstock is X and the amount of carbon derived from the carbon material is Y, said carbon material interior ore satisfies the relationship given by 3.5X+Y≥25 and also satisfies the relationship given by 0.2X+Y≤20. By satisfying the relationship given by 3.5X+Y≥25, it is possible to improve reducibility. By satisfying the relationship given by 0.2X+Y≤20, it is possible to ensure the crushing strength necessary for a blast furnace feedstock.
(FR) L'invention concerne un minerai à matériau carboné incrusté pouvant être produit efficacement. Le minerai à matériau carboné incrusté est produit sans cuisson par ajout d'un liant organique à une charge de départ contenant de l'oxyde de fer et à un matériau carboné, par réglage du taux d'humidité, et par mélange et par granulation de ces constituants. La charge de départ est réglée de sorte que lorsque la quantité de carbone issue de la charge de départ contenant de l'oxyde de fer est X et que la quantité de carbone issue du matériau carboné est Y, ledit minerai à matériau carboné incrusté satisfait à la relation donnée par 3,5X+Y≥25 et satisfait également à la relation donnée par 0,2X+Y≤20. Par satisfaction de la relation donnée par 3,5X+Y≥25, il est possible d'améliorer la réductibilité. Par satisfaction de la relation donnée par 0,2X+Y≤20, il est possible d'assurer la résistance à la compression nécessaire à une charge de départ de haut fourneau.
(JA) 効率的に製造できる炭材内装鉱を提供する。 酸化鉄含有原料と炭材とに有機バインダーを添加し、水分を調整して、混合および造粒して非焼成で製造された炭材内装鉱である。この炭材内装鉱は、酸化鉄含有原料由来の炭素量をXとし、炭材由来の炭素量をYとした場合において、3.5X+Y≧25で示す関係を満足し、かつ、0.2X+Y≦20で示す関係を満足するように原料を調整する。そして、3.5X+Y≧25で示す関係を満足することで、被還元性を向上できる。また、0.2X+Y≦20で示す関係を満足することで、高炉用原料として必要な圧潰強度を確保できる。
