Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method of winding a cutting wire (10), preferably a fixed abrasive wire, preferably a diamond wire or a nano tube wire, in multiple loops on a spool (9), wherein wire sections (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) of cutting wire (10) form winding sections (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) extending one after the other along the spool axis (8), characterized in that within each of at least two, preferably of at least 10, more preferred of at least 20, of the winding sections (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) the direction, in which the loops of a wire section (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) proceed along the spool axis (8), reverses at least two times, preferably at least 4 times.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé d'enroulement d'un fil de coupe (10), de préférence un fil abrasif fixe, de préférence un fil de diamant ou un fil de nanotube, en boucles multiples sur une bobine (9), des sections de fil (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) du fil de coupe (10) formant des sections d'enroulement (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) s'étendant l'une après l'autre selon l'axe de bobine (8), caractérisé en ce que dans chacune d'au moins deux, de préférence d'au moins 10, plus particulièrement d'au moins 20, des sections d'enroulement (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), la direction, dans laquelle les boucles d'une section de fil (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) avancent le long de l'axe de bobine (8), s'inverse au moins deux fois, de préférence au moins 4 fois.
