Abstract:
(EN) A process for producing an aromatization catalyst is provided. The process comprises contacting an inorganic support with a catalytic metal solution to deposit a catalytic metal onto the inorganic support to obtain the aromatization catalyst and carburizing the aromatization catalyst. The catalytic metal comprises chromium, cobalt, gallium, iron, magnesium, molybdenum, vanadium, zinc, or a combination comprising at least one of the foregoing, preferably molybdenum. The inorganic support comprises a zeolite and a silica to alumina molar ratio of the zeolite is 10 to 50, preferably 13 to 30. The pH of the catalytic metal solution is greater than or equal to 9, or greater than or equal to 10.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un catalyseur d'aromatisation. Le procédé comprend la mise en contact d'un support inorganique avec une solution de métal catalytique pour le dépôt d'un métal catalytique sur le support inorganique afin d'obtenir le catalyseur d'aromatisation et la carburation du catalyseur d'aromatisation. Le métal catalytique comprend du chrome, du cobalt, du gallium, du fer, du magnésium, du molybdène, du vanadium, du zinc ou une combinaison comprenant au moins l'un des éléments précédents, de préférence le molybdène. Le support inorganique comprend une zéolite et un rapport molaire silice/alumine de la zéolite est de 10 à 50, mais préférablement de 13 à 30. Le pH de la solution de métal catalytique est supérieur ou égal à 9, ou supérieur ou égal à 10.
