Abstract:
(EN) A multiple component hot gas flowing conduit (10) has an elongated, convoluted bellows (11), an interlock liner (12), frequency dampers (13) and elastic spacers (14) engaging the dampers (13) and biasing the dampers (13) into respective bellows convolution with no contact of bellows (11) and liner (12) for all operating states of the conduit (10). Assembly pretension of the interlock liner (12) preferably flattens out the elastic spacers (14) permitting assembly of the liner (12) into the bellows (11) and upon relaxation of the liner (12), the spacers (14) extend radially outwardly to engage and bias the dampers (13) into the bellows (11). The bellows (11) is convoluted throughout, or may have convoluted ends with an integral smooth-wall tube therebetween. Components are isolated from abrasion against one another.
(FR) L'invention concerne une conduite (10) d'écoulement de gaz chaud à éléments multiples qui présente un soufflet (11) en accordéon allongé, une chemise (12) de verrouillage, des amortisseurs (13) de fréquence et des éléments d'espacement (14) élastiques venant en prise avec les amortisseurs (13) et sollicitant les amortisseurs (13) en une circonvolution respective de soufflet sans qu'il n'y ait de contact entre le soufflet (11) et la chemise (12) dans n'importe quel état de fonctionnement de la conduite (10). La pré-tension d'assemblage de la chemise (12) de verrouillage aplatit de préférence les éléments d'espacement (14) élastiques permettant l'assemblage de la chemise (12) dans le soufflet (11) et lors de la relaxation de la chemise (12), les éléments d'espacement (14) s'étendent radialement vers l'extérieur pour venir en prise avec les amortisseurs (13) et les solliciter dans le soufflet (11). Le soufflet (11) est entièrement en accordéon ou peut avoir des extrémités en accordéon, un tube intégré à paroi lisse se trouvant entre lesdites extrémités. Les éléments sont isolés les uns des autres pour éviter toute abrasion.
