Abstract:
(EN) The present application refers to photo-switchable chemical inducers of dimerization of formula (I) for control of protein interactions in cells by light. A compound, a test system, methods and uses are disclosed how the invention can be applied in the investigation of intracellular protein interactions. The system is composed of a compound of the general formula (I) as the photo-caged dimerizer, with the ability to covalently bind to HaloTag and a high affinity binding to eDHFR, respectively. The system can be activated and deactivated selectively on illumination with light under different irradiation conditions. Hal-(CH2)6-F1-P-F2-E ( I ).
(FR) La présente invention concerne des inducteurs chimiques de dimérisation photo-commutables de formule (I) pour la commande par de la lumière d'interactions de protéines dans des cellules. L'invention concerne également un composé, un système de test, des procédés et des utilisations se rapportant à la manière dont l'invention peut être appliquée dans l'étude d'interactions de protéines intracellulaires. Le système est composé d'un composé de formule générale (I) en tant qu'agent de dimérisation photo-cagé, ayant la capacité de se lier de manière covalente à une étiquette Halo et une forte affinité de liaison à eDHFR, respectivement.
