Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a transducer (1) comprising: a transparent substrate (11); a transparent microelectrode (13) on top of the transparent substrate (11); a first insulator layer (14) on top of the transparent microelectrode (13) and a second insulator layer (15) on top of the first insulator layer (14) with wells (17) defined therethrough; the transducer (1) further comprises: a layer of annular working electrodes (16) sandwiched between the first and second insulator layers (14, 15) so that each well (17) is provided with an annular working electrode; adhesion enhancing agent (18) at the bottom of the wells (17) on the transparent microelectrode (13); and antibiofouling agent (19) at the free surface of the second insulator layer (15). The invention also relates to a chip and cable assembly comprising this transducer and an optoelectrochemical system comprising this chip and cables assembly.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un transducteur (1) comprenant : un substrat transparent (11) ; une microélectrode transparente (13) sur le dessus du substrat transparent (11) ; une première couche isolante (14) au-dessus de la microélectrode transparente (13) et une seconde couche isolante (15) au-dessus de la première couche isolante (14), des puits (17) étant définis à travers ces dernières ; le transducteur (1) comprenant en outre : une couche d'électrodes annulaires de travail (16), intercalée entre les première et seconde couches isolantes (14, 15) de sorte que chaque puits (17) soit pourvu d'une électrode de travail annulaire ; un agent d'amélioration d'adhérence (18) au fond des puits (17), sur la microélectrode transparente (13) ; et un agent anti-encrassement (19), au niveau de la surface libre de la seconde couche isolante (15). L'invention concerne également un ensemble puce et câble comprenant ce transducteur et un système optoélectrochimique comprenant cet ensemble puce et câbles.
