Abstract:
(EN) The invention addresses the problem of providing a piston-cylinder assembly which can be used without an anti-friction layer on a glass cylinder. To this end, a method for treating a glass cylinder (3) for a piston-cylinder assembly (4) for reducing the friction of the piston (5) against the cylinder inner wall (30) is proposed, wherein the surface energy of the glass (2) is increased in the interior (31) delimited by the cylinder inner wall (30) and the contact angle of the glass (2) with water is thus reduced.
(FR) L'invention vise à fournir un ensemble piston-cylindre pouvant s'utiliser sans requérir de couche de glissement sur un cylindre de verre. A cet effet, l'invention concerne un procédé permettant de traiter un cylindre de verre (3) pour un ensemble piston-cylindre (4), de manière à réduire la friction du piston (5) sur la paroi interne du cylindre (30), procédé selon lequel l'énergie de surface du verre (2) est augmentée dans l'espace intérieur (31) délimité par la paroi interne du cylindre (30) et de cette façon, l'angle de contact du verre (2) avec l'eau diminue.
(DE) Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung bereitzustellen, die ohne eine Gleitschicht auf einem Glaszylinder verwendet werden kann. Dazu wird ein Verfahren zur Behandlung eines Glaszylinders (3) für eine Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung (4) zur Verminderung der Reibung des Kolbens (5) an der Zylinder-Innenwandung (30) vorgeschlagen, bei welchem im von der Zylinder-Innenwandung (30) begrenzten Innenraum (31) die Oberflächenenergie des Glases (2) erhöht und dadurch der Kontaktwinkel des Glases (2) mit Wasser abgesenkt wird
