Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a hydraulic unit (100), for a hydraulic brake system, with a hydraulic block (102) and at least one valve device (101), wherein the valve device (101) comprises the following elements: a hydraulic cartridge (2) with a valve seat (12) and with a movable closing body (13) for blocking and opening the valve seat (12), and a magnet assembly (1) with a magnet coil (17) for generating a magnetic force for moving the closing body (13), wherein the magnet assembly (1) is integrated into the hydraulic block (102), and the valve device (101) has a permanent magnet (16), in order to assist the movement of the closing body (13) by means of magnetic force. Furthermore, the present invention relates to three control units for a hydraulic unit (100) of this type.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une unité hydraulique (100) pour un système de freinage hydraulique, doté d'un bloc hydraulique (102) et d'au moins une installation de soupape (101), ladite installation de soupape (101) comportant les éléments suivants : une cartouche hydraulique (2) comprenant un siège de soupape (12) et un corps de fermeture (13) déplaçable pour verrouiller et libérer le siège de soupape (12) et un ensemble d'aimants (1) comprenant une bobine magnétique (17) pour produire une force magnétique pour le déplacement du corps de fermeture (13), l'ensemble d'aimants (1) étant intégré dans le bloc hydraulique (102) et l'installation de soupape (101) présentant un aimant permanent (16) pour soutenir le déplacement du corps de fermeture (13) au moyen de la force magnétique. La présente invention concerne également trois appareils de contrôle pour une telle unité hydraulique (100).
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Hydraulikeinheit (100), für ein hydraulisches Bremssystem, mit einem Hydraulikblock (102) und wenigstens einer Ventileinrichtung (101), wobei die Ventileinrichtung (101) die folgenden Elemente umfasst: eine Hydraulikpatrone (2) mit einem Ventilsitz (12) und mit einem verlagerbaren Schließkörper (13) zur Versperrung und Freigabe des Ventilsitzes (12) und eine Magnetbaugruppe (1) mit einer Magnetspule (17) zur Erzeugung einer Magnetkraft zur Verlagerung des Schließkörpers (13), wobei die Magnetbaugruppe (1) in den Hydraulikblock (102) integriert ist und die Ventileinrichtung (101) einen Permanentmagneten (16) aufweist, um die Verlagerung des Schließkörpers (13) mittels Magnetkraft zu unterstützen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiter drei Steuergeräte für eine derartige Hydraulikeinheit (100).
