Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to the installation of a fiber-optic temperature sensor (7) into an ingot mold (12) and the ingot mold (12) having a plurality of fiber-optic temperature sensors (7). The problem addressed by the invention is that of improving the installation of a fiber-optic temperature sensor (7) into the copper plate (1, 13, 14) of the ingot mold (12) in such a way that the copper plate (1, 13, 14) is weakened only little by the holes (6) and that the costs for the installation of the temperature sensor (7) are greatly reduced in comparison with erosion. Said problem is solved by a method according to claim 1.
(FR) L'invention concerne l'installation d'un capteur de température à fibre optique (7) dans une lingotière (12) et la lingotière (12) pourvue de plusieurs capteurs de température à fibres optiques (7). L'invention vise à améliorer l'installation d'un capteur de température à fibre optique (7) dans la plaque en cuivre (1, 3, 14) de la lingotière (12) pour que la plaque en cuivre (1, 13, 14) ne soit que peu affaiblie par les trous (6) et que les coûts d'installation du capteur de température (7) soient fortement réduites en termes d'érosion. L'invention propose à cet effet un procédé selon la revendication.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft den Einbau eines faseroptischen Temperatursensors (7) in eine Kokille (12) und die Kokille (12) mit mehreren faseroptischen Temperatursensoren (7). Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, den Einbau eines faseroptischen Temperatursensors (7) in die Kupferplatte (1, 13, 14) der Kokille (12) dahingehend zu verbessern, dass die Kupferplatte (1, 13, 14) durch die Löcher (6) nur wenig geschwächt wird und die Kosten für den Einbau des Temperatursensors (7) gegenüber dem Erodieren stark reduziert werden. Diese Ausgabe wird durch ein Verfahren nach Anspruch gelöst.
