Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a cooling plate which consists of a material having very good heat conductivity, such as copper, aluminum, alloys thereof or the like. The cooling plate has pins which protrude approximately perpendicularly above a base surface on an active surface swept by a coolant. The pins are surrounded by a substantially radially extending, functionally necessary planar peripheral edge. The cooling plate is produced in a tool by shaping of a workpiece. For this purpose, a flat material blank having a uniform material thickness is inserted as a workpiece exactly centred into the tool. The tool comprises at least one outer die or peripheral edge die for producing the essentially flat peripheral edge and an inner die for producing the pins, said inner die cooperating with the pin forming openings in the tool. In the case of the workpiece that is held down by the inner die, the peripheral edge is formed with reduced material thickness by pressing using the outer die. In the case of a held-down outer die, the pins are formed in cooperation with the pin forming openings of the tool by pressing using the inner die.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque de refroidissement, qui est constituée d'un matériau présentant une conductivité thermique très satisfaisante, tel que le cuivre, l'aluminium, leurs alliages ou similaires. La plaque de refroidissement est dotée, à peu près de manière perpendiculaire au-dessus d'une surface de base, de broches faisant saillie sur une surface active recouverte du moyen de refroidissement. Les broches sont entourées par un bord périphérique plat nécessaire au fonctionnement, s'étendant sensiblement de manière radiale. La plaque de refroidissement est fabriquée dans un outil au moyen d'un façonnage d'une pièce. Une découpe de matériau plat présentant une épaisseur de matériau homogène est insérée à cet effet avec exactitude de manière centrée dans l'outil. L'outil comprend au moins un poinçon extérieur ou un poinçon de bord périphérique servant à générer le bord périphérique sensiblement plat et un poinçon intérieur coopérant avec les ouvertures de formage de broches dans l'outil, servant à générer les broches. Lorsque la pièce est retenue par le poinçon intérieur, le bord périphérique présentant une épaisseur de matériau réduite est formé par pressage au moyen du poinçon extérieur. Lorsque le poinçon extérieur est retenu, les broches sont formées lors de la coopération avec les ouvertures de formage de broches de l'outil au moyen du poinçon intérieur par pressage.
(DE) Die Erfindung gibt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kühlplatte an, die aus einem Material mit sehr guter Wärmeleitfähigkeit, wie Kupfer, Aluminium, deren Legierungen oder dergleichen besteht. Die Kühlplatte hat etwa senkrecht über eine Grundfläche vorstehende Pins auf einer vom Kühlmittel überstrichenen Wirkfläche. Die Pins sind von einem im wesentlichen radial verlaufenden, funktionsnotwendigen, ebenen Umfangsrand umgeben. Die Kühlplatte wird in einem Werkzeug mittels Umformen eines Werkstücks hergestellt. Hierzu wird als Werkstück, wie ein Flachmaterialzuschnitt, mit einheitlicher Materialdicke exakt zentriert in das Werkzeug eingelegt. Das Werkzeug umfasst wenigstens einen Außenstempel bzw. Umfangsrandstempel zur Erzeugung des im wesentlichen ebenen Umfangsrands und einen mit den Pinausformöffnungen im Werkzeug zusammenarbeitenden Innenstempel zur Erzeugung der Pins. Bei durch den Innenstempel niedergehaltenem Werkstück wird durch Pressen mittels des Außenstempels der Umfangsrand mit verminderter Materialdicke ausgeformt. Bei niedergehaltenem Außenstempel werden mittels des Innenstempels durch Pressen die Pins im Zusammenwirken mit den Pinausformöffnungen des Werkzeugs ausgeformt.
