Abstract:
(EN) A manufacturing method of a sintered magnet is described. The method comprises forming a pre-sintering body from a first magnetic powder and a second magnetic powder (containing a heavy rare earth element, HRE) so that at least part of the second magnetic powder is provided at at least one inner portion of the pre-sintering body and surrounded from at least two opposite sides by the first magnetic powder; sintering the pre-sintering body; and annealing the sintered pre-sintering body at an annealing temperature lower than the sintering temperature, thereby causing inter-grain diffusion of HRE from the HRE reservoir zone to the grain boundary phase. After the annealing, the grain boundary phase contains the HRE in a higher concentration than the main phase.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un aimant fritté. Le procédé consiste à former un corps de pré-frittage à partir d'une première poudre magnétique et d'une seconde poudre magnétique (contenant un élément des terres rares lourd, HRE) de telle sorte qu'au moins une partie de la seconde poudre magnétique est disposée au niveau d'au moins une partie interne du corps de pré-frittage et entourée d'au moins deux côtés opposés par la première poudre magnétique; fritter le corps de pré-frittage; et recuire le corps de pré-frittage fritté à une température de recuit inférieure à la température de frittage, provoquant ainsi une diffusion inter-granulaire de HRE de la zone de réservoir de HRE à la phase de limite de grain. Après le recuit, la phase de limite de grain contient le HRE à une concentration supérieure à la phase principale.
